Food is normally awesome but last two orders were average this week. Cheese steak was dry with barely any sauce and half the usual toppings, and chicken burgers were missing tomatoes...

Really disappointing, I couldnt even finish the food. Complete waste of money, I would not recommend buying from this place. Also they only take cash, yet another flaw.

Ordered from them twice now. Great food, big servings, and value for money.The first order took a bit long to get ready, but was worth the wait.One strange thing - CASH ONLY. Its even stated on their menu at the counter.

Pretty good value for money! The servings are decent and the Cheesesteaks(French loaf with steak, cheese, peppers and onion) are really tasty!! I’d rather come here for another Cheesesteak than get food from one of the well-known fast food chains...

I dont know what went wrong since this Phillys reopened but their food is now horrible and the restaurant is just as dead... I was even shocked when they told me that they dont swipe and they just take cash only.

Food wasnt anything amazing...the kitchen staff had their masks off the whole time they were at the back, tables were sticky, horrible music was blaring...need i go on? It was my first and last time I set foot in that establishment.

Awesome service

Philly has a very calm atmosphere to sit, talk and chill with your friends. The food is amazing, tasty and unhealthy but delicious with amazing prices and specials. Even though I live far from this restaurant I will be going back. There is no smoking section, and they take reservations and are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I probably had the driest chicken wings in my life. You don’t even come close to KFC & I don’t even buy KFC chicken wings. I don’t want to do bad review bud someone one needs tell you. Completely dissatisfied. I could have been a “bad batch” or already precooked and served but not up to any industry quality.

After giving 1 star a few months ago, because of their good food I decided to try it again. Wow, what a turn around in staff the gentlemen at the counter was so helpful and even told me I could WhatsApp order next time - which Ive done since and its amazing food delivered fresh in 20 minutes! Really well done on getting better staff and the food is divine. Id just recommend some dessert options added to the menu - would be great.

This is our regular Saturday afternoon snack stop. The store is super-clean and staff are friendly and happy to accommodate those small changes requested.The store delivers and there nothing better than a philly cheese steak on your couch whilst bing watching Amazon Prime.

Super food and service

Dont even think about it - just go. Their food is AWESOME.

It was ok. I went on a lazy Friday afternoon for a quick bite. I must say that my expectations were high and I was slightly dissappointed by the food. The Bun was slightly stale and fragile, and i think it was a regular hot dog bun as opposed to the advertised French bun. I also feel like they skimped on the meat filling. But negatives aside the flavours were good. The staff was very friendly and attentive and i really liked the design of the place.

The most horrible experience ever at the Lonehill Centre. I asked for delivery and was charged more than double for my order and when I tried to recover my money I was told that they reversed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN....MY ACCOUNT IS STILL SHOWING THEY KEPT MY MONEY
