Whenever Im back home in Jozi I love going to 44 Stanley, and during my most recent visit I was surprised to find this bright funky cafe named Peachy with an amazing vibe, great music, and even better food and cocktails!I went back twice and attempted (unsuccessfully) to eat my way through the menu. Will definitely be back for the wings alone!

I’ve never been to a place where you walk in and instantly just feel comfortable…does that make sense?The decor makes your eyes feel really nice! I sometimes think to myself why can’t my apartment look like this???Did someone say chicken wings? No words, just action…try them!And lastly…FINALLY a place with diverse music and entertainment…never dull moment!

This place is the literal best in Jozi. Cant think of a single place Id rather go. Food, cocktails, vibe, staff. All amazing. Wait, is it Friday yet so I can go again?

Such a lovely spot at 44 Stanley! The coolest decor and ambience, amazing coffee and wifi (makes remote working from there a treat!) and great food. Love the outdoor courtyard, and lots of space throughout the dine bar (inside and outside) so you’re socially distanced from other patrons. The staff were also so friendly and attentive. Very cool vibe with disco/old school music on Saturdays, and live jazz on Sundays. Can’t recommend Peachy enough :)

What a great evening out! Extremely satisfied with the service and the way everything is handled there! Would most defenitly recommend the awesome wings and ofcourse had to have a bit of dessert (P.S. the deep fried chocolate chip cookie dough... it was like heaven in my mouth)!! Awesome setting and even better vide! Will most defenitly swing by there anytime again!

Beautiful spot, great food, great waiters - but the manager is incredibly rude. Twice Ive been enjoying a meal when the manager comes to check on us, and if we ask for anything his immediate response is to tell us why he cant do it. We asked to switch on a heater as we were cold, he said it would be inappropriate and asked to move tables to be closer to the fire - and a huge table of people, in spite of covid and social distancing.His bad vibes have really ruined the experience, on more than one occasion. Shame cause ita a lovely place!

Peachy is the spot Ive been waiting for an entire decade! From the vibrant decor to the dining experience (get the wings!) all the way through their signature cocktails - Peachy does not miss a beat! Matt, Kristy, Kim and the entire team create such an amazing vibe for all event: concerts, Sunday jazz, date night, or just a regular ol hangout. Absolutely love me some Peachy and all it comes with. Highly recommend it to everyone!

This place was recommended by a friend, and when we arrived we felt out of place with the much younger crowd. However as soon as we settled inside, the jazz music playing, and the mouth watering food, service, and friendliness of the host and waitress we knew we made a good choice. Something real special and unique! Its got its own vibrant personality and offering that sets itself apart from other typical eateries and hip bars. Alot of genuine brains and heart have gone into it. Be sure to check things like the Blue Piano nights where some incredibly talented folk sing showtunes live! The artwork of the cat above the fireplace is enough to show you how special this place is!

Love Peachy! Great to be able to share delicious plates of Asian fusion meals; well thought out menu with something to eat for everyone. Killer cocktails! Love that we can sit outside under olive trees; huge daybeds for chilling and great music. The perfect spot for lunch, which turns into early evening drinks and then some dancing.

OMG I have no words. Peachy is such a vibe. From opening night Matt and his team has gone out of his way to make us feel like we are locals. The food is absolutely great, the drinks even better!! And who doesnt want to lounge on a huge day bed drinking cocktails and listening to slow Jazz on a Sunday?Definitely our new watering hole!

Honestly, our favourite cocktail bar in Johannesburg! The cocktails are unique and to die for! The food is divine. But the cherry on the top is the delightful atmosphere and vibe! A MUST IN JOBURG!

Inspiring vibrant decor, tasty cocktails and delicious food! Kids are welcome, which is a huge bonus. I could spend all afternoon chilling on the day beds. Can’t wait to go again.

Went there with a friend of mine for Bongeziwe’s show on the 23rd of April. We were given a table but received a menu light years later. There was a group of Caucasians who arrived after us and they received a menu and drinks way before we could even order. We had to get up from our table to ask for assistance because the waiters were discriminatory in terms of who to serve first. They would go back to check on other tables on many occasions but never to ours, don’t know if it’s because we are black. But anyways, nice drinks.

Vibe of my life! Literally nowhere else in Joburg I would rathergo.. Best most delicious food, best music, best people. The staff are warm and friendly and the atmosphere is like none other. Do yourself a favour!!

Peachy is great place to have any adventure you want! The food is excellent and the drinks selection and cocktails are exemplary.
