My colleagues and I purchased food last week friday from this Jimmys, for over R400. The food was really disappointing. The chicken that was given to us was so dry and had no flavour, it honestly tasted stale. We tried contacting this Jimmys as soon as we got to our office and tasted the food. An employee at the store told us that the manager Mr Loonat would get back to us, however we are still waiting. Due to the bad food we all went home hungry and just ate the chips as it was the only part of the meal that was edible.

J.mmys killer prawn emmerentia had become my kitchen to me over week end its fast and convienanrmt you just place order and their friend staff even know my voivlce and name by now the fish platter one is amsxing you will also find different specials in the week which is cheaper to buy from jimmys than to cook and safe you all the trouble. the pricing quite reasonable and they close to home .The hamburgers are to die forbid dont eat burgers but give me a burger from mommys anytime and i am goid to go

Will never order from here again. The food is more expensive and half the size as it used to be. When places try and con people by making the serving sizes smaller, people notice. This place will close down within the next 2 years guaranteed.

Mistakes happen, and they are often hard to redeem.I like surprises,so I ordered the steak gatsby without knowing whats inside it. Soft bread, well seasoned slap chips, lettuce, tomatoe, amazing sauce, tender steak, caramelized onions and it is all covered with their amazing sauce and sweet cheese ! Magnificent !Excited to try the rest of the menu !

Staff are friendly and helpful and theres a lot of variety to choose from. The red meat is very low quality though, so either get chicken or the seafood which is fantastic.

The food is supper addictive. Tried the wings and chips combo, followed by the prawns with chips and the toasted steak sandwich with cheese. Supper yummy never dissapoints!

They will cheat you on your order... Dont fall for the large fish which is the same size as the normal fish.. I like their fish and chips but I dont like to be cheated!! This is is how you loose loyal customers

Utterly disguised with the service and rather more the attitude of the franchise owner.I ordered a simple Killer combo which is made up of chips, Viennas, fish and polony, placed the order at 12:50 order number 28 after waiting for more than 30 minutes the order never arrived.Orders after my order up to and including order number 38 was despatched. When I enquired why my order is not yet available the arrogance franchise owner tells me smaller orders take priority. Which is rather strange.Finally had to request a refund which he initially short paid but later rectified. Asked him for the head office number he refused to provide I managed to get a number but provided the wrong store details and no customer complaints assistance.I am shocked and rather taken back as in my opinion this was a very simple order.Jimmys you lost a client for good I will never visit any of your stores again. Good luck

The Hake & Chips and The Gatsby are worth trying. The chips are fresh and crispy. Absolutely loved the Orange cappuccino. There is place to sit outside and some limited seating indoors. The staff are a bit slow however. Our order took 20+ minutes to arrive.

The chips were done to perfection. not really partial to the Vienna type sausage or salami. I like my Russians with pork. that said...this is a halaal take-away so you look at the fish and prawns...

Hi food was good,but with covid 19 protocols, the staff are not using gloves etc to assemble food when i was last at this store...

I just paid R99 for possibly the worst calamari and chips ive ever had. There was like 8 or 9 chewy calamari rings and the chips was bad. I dont know why this has happened, might be new ownership. I used to love this place and its quite sad. Dont see the place surviving in the near future.

I normally love this place, seems to be under new ownership. Went in ordered ... Came back after Abit only to find out they never even started to prepare my order. Mind you there was no other customers or orders pending so it was not like they were busy. Owner was there said nothing ... Sad really. Previous owner was very hands on. Will never really order here again, because weather u come across as rich or poor treat everyone alike. Never judge a book by its cover.
