Great place to stay! Super comfortable and luxurious. My meal was great as well. If you are leaving early and cant get breakfast, ask for a breakfast to go. Hugely recommend this.

Room was perfect. Food was great. Other quests was very noisy. Talking hard while walking in the hallway and slamming doors. Management needa to always keep an eye on this. But it is a great hotel.

I’ve been at the hotel since Tuesday , and I will definitely be back. The room was comfortable and spacious. There’s something about the beds (or maybe it’s the pillows) but it’s the first time staying over at a hotel and I slept so well. The staff are friendly and give new meaning to the term hospitality. The windows require some cleaning and the gym wants some tlc, but apart from that my stay has been amazing.

Dirty and dark hotel, and breakfast could be improved a lot. I do not understand that they classify it with 4 stars

On both accounts of using the hotel Ive been subjected technical glitch encounters, 1st the wifi box was affected by lightning which affected our hybrid workshop, this time TVs not working....

Despite the lockdown nonsense which meant the bar was closed, i still enjoyed my stay🙂 nice and clean rooms with good beds.

Free shuttle service to airport listed in hotel amenities. But apparently not after 6 pm, which brought problems up. No taxi service either. Rooms small but good. Staff very different, one very nice, other not.

Wow......its a big hotel, i and my mum stayed here for 3 days and sometimes i get lost in the hotel......lol, missed my way to my room most times when i go to my mums room to check on her. We had nice time here but unfortunately i couldnt go swim at the pool, sure will do when next i lodge there.

The food was not nice , I really dont know why because it was my first experience at the venue and I dont think I will ever visit the outlet anymore 😕

What a wonderful experience at Premier ORT during this difficult time! We had a peaceful and most enjoyable time crowned with an opportunity to get a massage in the comfort of our suite! All COVID protocols were observed. We enjoyed the ala carte dinner and of course buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly and engaged us even with their masks on.

Everything was very clean and comfortable the pool is amazing the staff is very friendly!

Friendly service at the reception desk when we arrived. Received our room key in a timely manner. Had a good nights sleep and the rooms were clean and tidy. After checking in we decided to have a drink and something to eat at the bar which was a total rip off! Firstly, the waiter was rude and non responsive. He didnt say hello and just walked away without confirming the order or finding out If we would like to order anything else. We decided on the Mixed basket, which quite frankly was disgraceful! For R190 we were served a small plate of very average tasting and looking finger snacks. For R60 or R70 one can surely look past it but R190 is daylight robbery! I will not be eating at the bar restaurant again!

Amazing in all aspects of the word. Four ☆s with five ☆ friendliness service, cleanliness, security. Staff are well trained. Restaurant cuisine meals great presentation anf bursting flavours superb. Spa staff very friendly and well trained. Spa super clean and great atmosphere. Last not the least, shuttle service staff amazing, well spoken, respect guest. Save and comfortable ride. I enjoyed my stay there, excellent service

We were booked into Premier Hotel OR Tambo after our flight had been cancelled. The Hotel itself is very nice and their shuttle service to- and from the airport is very efficient and exactly on time every time. Staff are very friendly and they make sure your stay is memorable. Both dinner and breakfast were really good and the restaurant area had a nice atmosphere. Can recommend without hesitation.

Water was cold in the morning.

We used this hotel as a pickup/jumping off place for a safari. But for travel use to or from airport it would be useful. They had multiple pickups/deliveries to/from the airport. The only downside we saw was that the restaurants were only open specific times for each meal, but there was room service available and we used it. It was prompt andthe food was good. The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms (we had a king) was spacious and well appointed. We did have to ask for a european plug adapter as there were none in the room.

No complaints! Spacious rooms, clean and everything there. Friendly staff! Location is great if you want to stick to the airport area. Pool is nice, not heated but very refreshing. I‘ll be back!

Rooms and food was good

The suite was great. clean, spacious and awesome mattress to sleep.The Spa, Evolve is really 1st class. My therapist Gugu was amazing, she was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very good at massaging and facial. Totally recommended Premier and Evolve.

Great stay and service received all-round. Breakfast offers a unique array of fresh scrumptuous hot and cold options. However telephone pick-up at reception can be spruced-up to avoid leaving call attempts unanswered. Thanks for a great stay-over!

This is our go to hotel when we land in Johannesburg. There is a shuttle bus available and the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very helpful and there are great facilities in the hotel. The breakfast is hearty, extensive and good value. Safe parking for the car and your ready to begin your holidays nice and refreshed

Brilliant location and very generous rooms. Staff was friendly and super attentive. Dinner was in the Kubutana Restaurant which had a great selection of delicious dishes. Breakfast was great and check-out was slick and easy. The free shuttle to OR Tambo is brilliant.

Fantastic ambiance. Stunning views. State of the art lounge, swimming pool, in-house services and breath-taking room suites that are well equipped and extremely roomy.I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to return in the near future!

Decent Hotel located near the airport. Staff is friendly. The only negative was that it was hard to close out transactions. We primarily use credit card to pay for things or charge stuff to the room, but according to staff tips need to be in cash or they will not receive the tip. We felt bad not being prepared and having enough cash. Food at the bar/restaurant is mediocre. Rooms are clean and we felt safe. We would recommend this as a stopover place in Johannesburg. Shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus and it runs every 30 mins.

The rooms are clean and specious - so is the bathroom. We also appreciated the frequent shuttle service to the airport and the fact that we could leave some of our luggage with the hotel while we were away for 3 days.The dinner did not convince us - the bar is okay but the service is slow. One waiter noticed that I was waiting for a while for my drink - once he told his colleague to please serve me he got told off by him for being hectic..

The greatest collection of lobotomy patients...I have never in my life experienced staff service on such a shocking level. From the salad that took 4 hours to make to the 30 minutes to unlock a conference venue. That being said there are 2 or 3 staff members such as Roger who are competent and do help. Other than that there is no saving grace for this hotel.

Premier Hotel is a bouquet hotel situated just as you enter Kempton Park from the direction of the OR Tambo airport. It is situated in between the houses. This gives it a sense of exclusivity. There is no hustle and bustle of the town. It is quiet and serene.

Convenient location close to OR Tambo Airport makes this hotel a good choice for conferencing and business accommodation if thats whst you need. Service is about what can be expected but nothing more. Food is good but also nothing spectacular that stands out. A noble idea from management to switch off all mini fridges in rooms to save electricity - just a pity nobody educated them to the fact that a fridge quickly develops e very foul rotten smell if left off and closed for some time, rendering it unusable. There is also the very real and well known risk of vehicle theft from the hotel parking lot. Given a choice I would stay elsewhere.

We had a few minor details amiss with our room and the front desk manager Sydney could not have been kinder or more attentive. Its a lovely property, convenient to OR Tambo airport. Secure and serene.

Our first night was rough as the AC was breaking down throughout the night. We didnt immediately call bc we thought it was perhaps user error, but after not sleeping much determined that it was certainly the machine. This was promptly fixed upon request. The spa was fantastic and we very much enjoyed the time there.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, we ordered room service and had not received it an hour and half later. I called and they said they had no order for our room. Other reviewers noted issues with room service as well, so I guess lesson learned. Overall a decent place though.

This hotel is best of many worlds it has rooms available for hire from small to large catering for whatever function, hotel rooms of various categories available.The pricing is great and fair compared to the rates paid at the Hotels directly situated in the airport.The toilets are clean and tidy staff is very kind and humble. General appearance was tidy and neat. The wifi connection is just the best no security recommendation and is super fast.There is an hourly shuttle that travels to the airport, welcome drinks on arrival.

Room safe was not working... stayed for 4 days and it did not get fixed... food was average... staff was friendly and room was comfortable... ordered room service 3 times and twice it was very late and i had to go to the bar and collect myself...

Had a wonderful stay at the premier hotel! I was in a suit so the room was a little larger with a lounge and study area! The staff were friendly and helpful!I also presented a conference at the same venue the following day and the banqueting manager helped with with all my “depends” and nothing seemed to much effort!

Top notch property with large rooms and all high quality finishes. Very friendly staff that treat you like royalty. Food & drink is slightly pricey (compared locally) but worth it!!
