Great stay at this hotel, nothing to complain about what a great place with excellent service. Everything I needed was offered when I asked, I could go and come back as I please there was no time curfew. I enjoyed Sandton, Rosebank and also the Melrose arch peacefully. You guys rock please keep it up, Receptionist lady was super amazing, thanks MmaTshepo.

This is a nice hotel. They allow you to cook your own food as the offer entire set of kitchen accessories. There is no lift that is the downside. If its a peaceful and quite place to stay very good place to stay. Nice and helpful staffs. Good morning breakfast and very clean and hygienic environment. Nice and homely stay.

The room was very comfortable and neat with a lounge and kitchenette. Staff were very accommodating, I booked well after 11pm, arrived with a van and trailer, which they kept an eye on all night. Even allowed our bulldog in the room, absolutely no complaints!

Very good accommodation. Cathy the manager and Thelma the concierge were extra helpful. Its self catering although breakfast is available on order but quite costly so you might want to plan for your meals in advance.

A worst treatment I’ve ever got in my life,especially in a hotel.The manger there has no customer service at all .I’m still terrified by her conduct and attitude.I will never recommend anyone I know or to anyone I care about.And I will definitely not go back there even if it’s the only hotel left in the world 🤦🏾‍♀️

Almost ran completely late for an event that we were working at because of unwillingness to help on staff/managements part - room was booked overseas by a third party and the hotel wouldnt let us check in without the card that paid for the room? Even a photo or a letter wouldnt suffice - apparently Nightsbridges new policy starting 2 days before that... Anyway, the argument continued for 20 minutes (started with us running perfectly on time), and then a further 20 after we got back (we thought we would quickly check in and drop off our bags to come back and get ready after a meeting). We eventually found a resolution (suggested by ourselves out of desperation because we were so bloody late by now) to pay for the room AGAIN on a separate card (thankfully the international guest who was responsible for the room had a second card on her so we didnt have an admin story between ourselves for later too), so we could check in. The manager was being pretty rude and impatient when I walked in, I dont know if thats how to speak to customers regardless of how annoying you perceive them. The room was fine. Not good, just fine. Not rushing back, or recommending to travellers.

Terrible place! Literally walked in and walked out and demanded a refund! Staff is extremely rude and uncooperative. Never believe anything they tell you over the phone or even in person. Entire place is in a sad state. We did not get the full refund even though we didnt stay there for more than a minute!

I was in the apartment for 12 nights for xmas holiday in December 2012. Receptionist was so nice and friendly. The apartment was cleaned on daily bases

The bedroom and bathroom are so small that one has to step outside to change ones mind.Bed old and sagging, squeaks when one turns over.No dining room.Kitchenette ok.Shade parking ok.Not worth it.
