Very bad experience. I couldnt be assisted as I was told that their system could not read the QR scan...the lady who was in charge also said she was seeing that for the very first time. What a disappointment and waste of time...

Its a little shop in the vigin active and the staff are usually not present to take orders, usually chilling in the back instead of helping customers up-front.

Terrible service. If there was a Kauai close i would travel to avoid this one. Lady very casual about service. Often wait to be served with no customers in sight. Almost guaranteed a long wait everytime even as the only person being served.Also no wonder that on Uber Eats sometimes the store is available and at other times not. To Kauai franchise please fix this or get another store nearby so we arent subjected to this bad service or you will lose some of our business
