Exceptional A class service,I was assisted by a gentleman called Ashington his service was excellent, prompt and efficient.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.......

Definitely one of the best Nandos in this vicinity which I order from atleast once a week. I always order delivery via Mr D/Uber eats. Food is always, hot, fresh, delicious, extra saucy, notes followed to every point, well presented and neatly packed with no spills and leakages. Always arriving atleast 15 mins before anticipated arrival time. Certainly recommend ordering in from this particular Nandos.

The food was good, so was the the service from the cashiers. The place has an open outside eating spot with some great fresh air.

Whilst in Rosebank i was feeling hungry and wanted something Halal.... So i popped into this Nandos. The place was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was provided swiftly and tasted amazing! Overall a great experience! Will be visiting again soon... Keep it up!

The restuarant set up is great, however I have a concern with the service I got today. The concern is that we were served raw full chicken. We reported this and they took our chicken back and instead of giving us new cooked chicken, they gave us the same chicken back which was still pink but covered in extra sauce. I was really disappointed as I was looking forward to the meal and eating raw chicken is dangerous. Nandos is a good restaurant that I am fond of. This encounter really took me by surprise.

Such wonderful service at this branch, always even though they are usually quite full. Waitresses were really friendly today. I can definitely see portion sizes increasing at Nandos branches generally.

Update: Very happy with their problem resolution, it was quick and the issue was taken seriously.We ordered and paid for 6 1/4 chicken + side. We only got 5 sides instead of 6. There was no extra sauce on 2 of the chickens as we requested. The food tasted nice though

When I entered I was impressed by the fact that they placed a sanitizer at the entrance due to the pandemic and the service was excellent. As usual the meal was also delicious

Nandos Rose Branch is good to eat hot, spicy and delicious grilled chicken Rosebank. Widely Open sitting place wide and clean washrooms and beautiful place, good customer service too.

Nandos is one of my favorite franchises. Love the food and the ambiance. Must honestly admit that the product is getting rather expensive but then again life is a bit expensive, too.Always fresh and love the salads and chicken and sauce and everything this brand has on offer

Delicious chicken meals as only Nandos can do.My meal of choice, half chicken and side salad. Healthy and delicious.

It was good and fine. I wish the people putting chips on the bags would wear gloves and/not touch the chips. Especially when they come from the cash register, handling money

Nice seating area, inside and outside. Because its situated on the outside of Rosebank Mall the atmosphere is very pleasant to chill. The food is very good classic Nandos so no surprises. They could try and be faster with their service. Prices are reasonable, standard pricing applies for all Nando franchises so you wont spend alot for this upmarket location.

Note to all : Check the chicken livers before you eat. Mine was raw on Friday. Only noticed after I took the first bite. Could have gotten salmonella. Seeing as I ordered through Mister D, nothing is being done, even after providing photos

If you want to enjoy pure Nandos chicken, tell them not to put any sauce. That way you get to taste the flame grilled chicken similar like chicken dust from kasi...Dont forget the pap and relish...

This is one of most awful Nandos in the world. The atmosphere is dull and depressed in an affluent area. However, till cashier was friendly and helpful.

Hilal food place with limited menu. Not table service like other parts of the world.

I ordered the chicken hotpot and a flame grilled meilie. Firstly the hot pot was off secondly the meilie I ordered came in the wrong flavour HOT instead of Lemon and Herb. I called the restaurant to have it resolved and was passed from one person to another with no solution.

Flipping good clucking chicken again as usual! And fast service.. Faster than KFC even. I was like shocked

This particular outlet has to sitting areas, inside or outside that way one has an option of either sitting in the warm cozy interior or sit outside and watch the world go by. The food is the same with all the other outlets, just my appreciation of the location of the Rosebank outlet.

Exceptional service. Was particularly impressed with how clean the place was both the inside which most of the outlets are and the outside seating area.

The memu is excellent, but I feel the waiting time is a bit too long during lunch hours on weekdays.

I had given up on Nando’s, until I got Nando’sfrom Rosebank.....hot was hot not mild and it was so juicy with extra sauce, which is difficult to get at other Nando’s outlets.

A little bit dark inside, tables were not cleaned properly when we sat down to eat. Food was a good as usual though. Could do with some kind of heating...

They make an effort to be very accommodating when I go there during my lunch time.

No reason to hate the place, please get read of the guys who come asking for money whilst we are enjoying our meal,period.

Sthembiso has absolutely no customer etiquette and doesnt know the first thing about customer service!! he simply cancelled my delivery without first confirming with me if I will pick up my food and simply reverted to blaming the call centre.

This Nandos has improved a lot from moving to the new location. Food is still a little inconsistent.

The worst service ever! On both the 23 and 24 October 2018 I bought a spicy rice hotpot. It was the worst decision ever. Plus I had to wait over 20min to get it. The hotpot was burnt And there was no veggies just rice and meat.

The restaurant is really very small and for a winters day I really felt the cold as I was seated close to the entrance. Theres more seating outside, needless to say, this seating arrangement only works on warmer days.

Chicken was dry, service was poor, asked for breast portions on the special they only gave me leg... but when they friends came (after me) they gave them the breast portions and THEY GOT THEIR FOOD BEFORE ME. lastly they didnt give me any sauces(tomato/nandos) and bitter for my roll??? Not great at all. I know its a special but if your Midrand/corlettw branch gives why does your rosebank one? Can see that they going to loose their customer base, I am definitely not going back there.

Every single delivery order has some sort of missing item. This is called fraud and is blatant theft, since all items are paid for when ordering via the Nandos app or ordering via the Orderin app.

Mediocre service, dry food. Consider my self a Nandos regular and this is the worst experience in my opinion. Had nandos in Mafikeng 2 days back and 100 percent better food, service and ambience

Poor customer service at this location. We experienced frustration with the manager who would not give us any sauce for our take away order. What is Nandos without their famous sauce?

Very friendly staff. Everytime Im there I greet the staff and greet back warmly. Always a pleasant experience. Similarer to other Joburg Nandos, the meat still tastes fire grilled compared to the boiled chicken in Cape Town.

So dissapodisap on this day,I placed order and hour ago, still my order when it delivered after that hour,it was wrong and I had to wait again to be replaced,fro 3hr until this time Im still waiting 😢😥😢😥😠😠😠😠,they gave driver wrong address,the order was wrong,im late to take my meds,this was the worse service I have ever seen on my entire life

The food is good. I just had a bad experience with a waitress (Nomvelo). I complained on hello peter. Nandos called and profusely apologised.

Great food, perfectly done

This store often gets your order incorrect, they are reluctant to do anything extra like sauce or extra peri peri, they wont provide you with certain bags unless you buy certain mails etc. The owners just try to cut where they can unlike other nandos stores which are very accommodating. This is unfortunately the closest nandos to my work so in have to eat there when the craving kicks in.

Food takes longer sometimes but its nice place to get yourself some good chicken breast.
