Havent been to this Woolies for a while now turns out it has been redesigned. I love the new look, spacious environment and wheel chair friendly. Excellent service, Covid-19 protocols adhered. Its absolutely a breath of fresh air to shop at this woolies.

Enjoyable to visit this store. Woodbridge can be very busy, but not bad during visit.

Best Woolworths Food in my vicinity. Well stocked and friendly staff.

Some prices is acceptable but others are much higher than the other retailers

Every weekend there are long queues of people. Surely better planning for busier times would resolve this. Popping in for one or two things takes more than 30 min

I enjoy shopping at the Woolies. The food is always fresh with a large selection of cheese , meats , veggies and fruits.as you enter - on the left is a coffee stand ( don’t really notice it at first as it has a bit of a quiet look to it and out of the way ) but the coffee is great. This store is big ans it’s a store that only caterers for groceries and general household cleaning goods , no clothing section. The wine selection is amazing with specials all the time. I find the staff very polite and always neatly dressedWoolies is known for the till staff politely greeting you and using the words ( would you like a bag ma’am or sir )A big plus is the wheelchair friendly ramp at the front of the store for trollies , wheelchairs , folks with mobility challenges and prams. Queues move fast here at the tillsI’ve even seen them bring on more staff to the tills when the queues get long

I used to get all my essentials here when I used to live in the areas. The shelves were always packed and staff very helpful. I love the specials too!

I have a major concern with all Woolies Food regarding their fresh chicken. Lately it is not cleaned properly & when paying a premium even after their reduced rate per kilo! The chicken feathers are not removed properly & the fatty sinue is not trimmed off - applies to all the fresh chicken produce - this is extremely disappointing as their standards seem to be deterating

My best place to shop for good fresh and quality foods. I love that its not combined with a clothing department. Neat and respectful staff members. Parking space is rarely a problem.

Not a nice experience when Woodbridge gets busy, and when they are fully stocked their products are fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Very nice upgraded store, but out of stocks are a no-no in retail. Not only do they lead to lost sales, but out-of-stocks also result in reduced customer satisfaction and can send people straight to your competitors. If a particular is always showing on this report, for instance, that could indicate the need to increase your order quantities. Either than this, overall a good experience and very helpful and friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

Dedicated,Committed and friendly staff that i always come across at all times when visiting the store...

Predominately a food court, it brings the great quality for which Woolworths is renowned to the area. If there was a criticism it was the queue on exiting, but that has obviously been noted and has become much more pleasant. A store I can recommend without reservations.
