Service could improve if the manager could take of the sour mask he is wearing.... and please get more staff that are efficient and quick on tills... month end ques are unbearable and to wait long to find a cashier thats not even smiling and does know the code of certain product e.g I was buying cabbage she did not know the code to.use on system and she called a manager that has sour mask... Your prices are reasonable and its the best convenient store in the location, and I believe if u were to give better service and enough staff , shopping at Usave would great experience...

The tellers are very slow otherwise its cool place

The service is always poor as their card services or money market is never in service and their shop is always dirty.

People please get more staff when its still month end, open 3 tills rather. And definitely organize the store we can walk not enough space in isles things are just all over. Do better please

Small township store not high end nothing interesting there

The only problem with usave is everything is clamped up together with no space but I must say this 1 in paticuler has alot of things that u need....

Its just a small store and I dont hate it, is only that I dont like to do my shopping there.

Excellent service & the management team does listen when i as customer complains about the long line of customers 2 the till, they actually quickly open up another till without any waist of time.

The place is unsafe, too packed and its always busy. Securities have too much negligence you could easily get mugged because there are too many people and the walk way is narrow.

Ilike it bcs its beautifully and is in Soweto and lm also a sowetan not far to my work place

Most of the products in the shelves are about to expire.

Long queues ,service is slow and the place is untidy,the tellers are very rude especially to our kids,theyll often send them back when kids need to do withdrawls on tills,no greeting of customers, serving people chewing gums with long faces...no queue managers securities are rude...stuffy no air conditioners ....

It is closer to garage petrol feeling station & main road zamukulungisa
