The service is exceptional and they are very clean ,tables a kept clean and service is great they never forget to attend to custormers and they respect all children and their choices of toys and food regardless of gender or race .

Terrible with no taste and the gave ne the wrong sauce for nuggets instead of jalapeno they gave me sweet n sour...their burgers and chips were tasteless with not salt.

It was just fine, not too packed and atleast protocol was followed.

This one you will love. You will need seldom experience any issues. One of the best U know. I am always here. The only problem comes at month end. It gets too full!

The service is atrocious, and the staff is completely illogical, and can barely communicate properly... I ordered a Boerie muffin with coffee, like the advert showed, and they declined to give me coffee, and insisted I take the orange juice. Eventually, I gave up, and told them Im done arguing, Ill take it up with their head office, as they obviously dont see the same advert with coffee, that I see. After the commotion, once I left, they called me back, the miserable girl took the orange juice back, and replaced it with a coffee, not saying anything!?!? Spoilt my day completely.

Super clean!! Service is on point, plus they have upgraded to self service stations which makes placing an order very quick and easy. Theres also tables with electricity ports (to connect phones or laptops) where you can do your work while enjoying your meal. I was impressed.

I ordered nuggets meal and McFeast. I waited close to over an hr for the meal to arrive. eventually when the meal got there. The nuggets were cold and dry. That was an inconvenience. the shop was filthy. I understand that its the festive season, however the standards should not drop.Unhappy client. I do not think i will ever comeback.04.02.2020I stay in Witpoortjie. I always visit this Mc Donald. The toilets never work. They always have issues with thier deliveries, either there is no buns or burgers. This all in Jan. Why is the shop open if they do not have those. Westgate Mc Donald is the worst of them all. Every time I go there there is issues.
