Nothing feels like home quite like Nandos at the airport!! We do it every time we can, and are never disappointed!

The food was really good. We tried the loaded fries and 1/4 chicken and the halloumi and chicken bowl

Loves the food and service. Good seating and dining option. Ores wrong process is easy and dine in facility is provided with table service. The sauce is conventional and great peri peri. Price is reasonable with no hikes priced being inside the airport terminal, which is appreciated.

Misleading advertising. Menu say full chickenR139. NEXT line it says plus 4 rolls R164. NEXT LINE it says plus 2 sides R199.... guess what they only give u one said and say that the second is the 4 rolls... Misleading... then why doesnt the second line say plus one side or the third line say add plus one side...Also the chicken served was not done.. had to send it back.Airport always skimps on the portion size of the sides...

I have ordered some chicken livers and pap. The pap and livers were cold with a smaller portion Im used to. I recommend you to buy more regular items such as chicken etc. They need improvement. Staff were friendly though. Would like to have a better experience next time.

Very tasty chicken. We ordered 1/2 and had to go back for another 1/2. Also first time we had pap. Friendly service from lady at the counter/server. Seating is ample and comfortable. Price is good. Only complain is we had to wait quite a bit for the food but the taste definitely make up for it. Perfect meal before long haul flight.

Standard has dropped, food was bland and didnt have much flavour. Quite disappointed cos we used to come specially to eat at this nandos in the past whether we were flying or not because the food was so good. Not the same anymore unfortunately.

Do not bother going to Nandos in the Johannesburg airport. It is not to the standard of international Nando’s at all!I ordered a vegetarian haloumi wrap that contained only raw carrot, slimes courgette and way too much mayo. Completely inedible

Really bad experience. First my order was wrong, fair enough it happens and i was relaxed about it, but was asked if i would take the wrong order to which i said “no.” then they returned a new burger in 30 seconds but it was really the same one with a hot sauce on top and nothing else in the bun, just a chunk of chicken drowned in mayo and hot sauce. No tomato, lettuce or anything else. Bad attitudes all around

I placed an order yesterday at OR Tambo AirPort FOR delivery I didnt get my 1.5 cold drink and when I tried calling them no answer.Pathetic service!!

Food is great and all regulations are being followed but while Im inclined to give them a 5 star the waiting is just disheartening.

Great spot to chill if you waiting on someone!

We visited on a Thursday and the tables and floors were quite dirty. My son ordered a frosted drink which took 15 minutes to arrive. The staff was friendly but the service lacking. Thank goodness the restaurant is at the domestic side of the airport, South Africa will embarass itself if they presented this kind of service to foreign visitors. As a positive the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The aircon was not working which resulted in an uncomfortable dining experencie. This I suspect is not Nandos fault but the airport building.

We had to wait super long to be served. Many people that ordered their food after us got served first. When we finally got our order, half of it was missing and the burger was cold. We had to go ask for our food twice and on the second time we directly took it from the counter ourselves as no one was waitressing. Unfriendly staff at the cashier on top. At least the food is good.

Food was good. Though we had to wait really long for our milkshakes just for the one to be so thick with ice that we couldnt drink it. I had to get them to remake it which they did atleast. Service was long though thus only 4 stars.

Thank you for introducing your pap and chicken livers. So happy that my first experience with this meal was with O.R. Tambo branch. Tried it at other branches, but you do something extra to just be above the rest with taste and service. Always come back to you when in the area.

Staff unfriendly and rude, food took so long and there was hardly any customers, my food came ice cold and when I approached the staff they rude no apologies and my food went back and front to the kitchen 3 times and they kept warming it in the microwave. Chicken eventually tasted horrible and chips were pathetic, will never eat here again in a hurry. Staff needs to be trained how to deal with customer service,absolutely pathetic and definitely not a Nandos standard.

The service was really really long (thirty minutes), the burger was cold when it arrives at our table, and the taste wasnt good. They also forgot the chocolate in the churros and we had to wait again 20 minutes to be served. We expected better than that.

South African nandos is the best! We had the chicken strips flavoured in lemon and herb as well as hot. We tried out the wrap and the burger as well. The hot was tops. I really enjoyed my quarter leg chicken❤ the o.r rambo nandos is a must.

Waited at the entrance, for 5mins, place was rather empty 1 or 2 customers, no help, helped my self to a seat, they help each and every other CUSTOMER that walked in after me,but fails to even ask me if I need or want something. worst service I have ever seen, DO NOT EAT HERE

By far the best place to eat at the airport. We’ve never had a problem with our food.If you’ve ever had nandos in Limpopo you’ll appreciate nandos elsewhere.

I receive a very bad service. For a simple order. 1 bad service ruins the rest of the other services I received. I suffered because of lack of communication between call center and the shop. To me as a customer its all one thing. 😬😬😬😬

Waited 10 minutes to place order and 25 minutes for a burger and chips. At a time when they were not really busy.The food is still good, but definitely not when you have a flight to catch.

Located at the food court in the domestic section of OR Tambo Airport (domestic section), Nandos offers up its usual well seasoned fare with reasonable choice for vegetarians too. I would highly recommend the perinaise to go with your chips. A meal for 2 should come to 130 rand, approximately.

The service at this place is very bad, we had to wait 30min for our and when we got it the chicken was so white, it was raw. When we complained we were told we should have mentioned that we want to be well done.

Slow to order (2 people processed 3 orders in about 10mins - there was some issue with the Point of Sale). This is a process you go through before sitting down. Food is really good but also takes awhile to arrive.

I like Nandos, and this one is no different. It is a bit disappointing that some employees are just there doing funny things. It makes the all experience not good. They should be thoughrouhly inspected, this cannot be allowed. Very modern and clean Nandos with friendly staff and good service. Their food is in my opinion the best Nandos food in the area.

Order lemon and herb and the brush might add some chilly sause. Enjoy a good piece of chicken.

When ordering my food it went fine, just like any other Nandos. But at the table, they brought me a wrong order. I was too hungry to complain I took it. They had no cutleries, sauces and salt....the worst Nandos service

Went back to basics and ordered the Quarter Meal Breast portion. What a treat to experience the same original Nandos signature taste and a sizeable portion too.

Airport Nandos is the best Nandos I have ever had. Even when they are super busy their service is excellent, there has been very few time that I went to OR Tambo airport and didnt have Nandos. Like this sunday I have invited all my family to join me at OR Tambo for lunch at Nandos. Excellent work that Nandos Team of OR Tambo. Keep up the super service.

Other than KFC i like this. It doesnt compete kfc offerings but has a unique spices which i immensely enjoyed
