Spacious, well-stocked and lesser frequented Woolies for a leisurely experience

I lost my gold chain in the fitting rooms, special gift for my 60th birthday. Phoned Woolies and was told they have it safe and can fetch tomorrow, thank you all for your honesty. Really really appreciate it. 5 stars for great work ethic

Typical Woolworths experience. Fresh food but this particular store is smaller than the others. So variety is a tad less

Nice and quiet in the mornings and its good that they keep a bit of everything from clothes to kitchen stuff and other necessities apart from food ...the staff are ever so heplful and its always stress free and an absolute pleasure shopping at this branch ..definitely recommend them to everyone...thank u to the staff that add to your shopping experience , they take time to show shoppers that they actually care and are there to help , unlike some of their other branches ...

Service at Woolies was not good at all. Had to look for assistance. Bought clothes there & at P & Pay. Service was 100 % better at P/P Sorry but true.

I love going to Woolies in Rivonia. Its not only a food store but it has groceries, lovely veggies and fruit, clothing and a super place little restaurant for a meal and a super coffee break. Easy accessible, park your car and hop into Woolies. It s situated in a lovely shopping centre, with boutiques for fashion shoes, clothing, designer shops for the home, CNA, Checkers hairdressers, bank, restaurants etc. You dont get lost in a slippery huge Mall like some mega shopping centres. Love it!!

They have great deals on lamps, towels and duvet inners. You can see and feel there products are quality. The service is also excellent.

You have to try the mushroom burger, it is just delicious.

One of my favourite Woolworths, for a quick shop and browse of some select clothes and a well stocked food section.

Not sure how they stock items in this branch. Popular items are sold quite quickly and yet the store overstocks on the less popular items.

Nice place to do shopping

It is a good store, neat, good products, staff is great, Im giving it a 3 star because usually when i go there, their are only 3 cashiers, we are currently in a Covid period, would prefer not to wait in long queues, increasing the risk of catching covid or any diease

No bamboo black socks for weeks. Long sleeved T-shirts with a very low neck line suddenly. Saving material?

Well stocked....but only 3 cashiers......long queues.....where are the luxurious Christmas crackers ..just cheap second rate ones.....no glutenfree mince pies .....

The queues are alwayslong and only 2 tills are open at any given time. The staff is not bothered to expedite service. Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Try other branches.

Quick and efficient

Thia woolies is masaive. By the way its got a full woolies clothing and homeward store as well as Woolies Food. They have a close by, innovative click n collect service and parking bay should you wish to order ahead and simply collect.

Woolworths Cafe Rivonia is an awesome place to pop in for a quick lunch & Coffee. The Manager Clive Naude is very friendly, entertaining and is amazing with his knowledge of the foods offered, even gives a few tips on the secret ingredients. Excellent with customers and really goes the extra mile with customers.

Woolworths in Rivonia is a great store, as generally it has most food items and wines, as well as a well stocked clothing section. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great story, friendly staff and well run cafe. Downside is that the stock levels on many mest and dairy products is often low.Great promotions though. This store has fantastic meat and chicken deals especially on Sundays and mid week.

I had a positive and excellent experience. The manager went out of his way to ensure that I enjoyed my meal.

Woolworths Rivonia keep it up, after all the Woolworths Ive been to first time I was offered a chair because I was walking using a crutch,was paying for my sons clothes and they offered me a chair thank u so much for your care.

Serious need of restocking of food shelves on a more regular basis. If you get there after 13h00 lots of the shelves are empty already

First waiteress took my drink order and it never arrived. Second waitress realized that I have not been helped in a while and came to my rescue. She was amazing. After my food arrived the cleaner started cleaning the floor he smelled horrible and I couldnt finish my food.

They have all the good one needs for groceries. Fresh and always good

So weird shopping in these pandemic times, half the stuff I wanted to purchase wasnt for sale in the shop. Was told to come back on Monday 1st June? 🙄🤔

Great place to shop with plenty parking that is wheelchair accessible. Excellent service and great selection of food and clothing it also has a coffee shop.

Good branch of Woolworths. Has a wide selection of groceries and the coffee shop is great. Good for quick shops. Parking underground is easy as the elevator opens up right by the store.

Used to enjoy eating there on a Saturday, but now they no longer have the harvest tabke on weekends, so whats the point of travelling miles just to buy food, the draw card was the harvest table, you made a bad decision by removing it, there is no point in visiting rivonia branch any longer.

Beautiful set up, very open, big and well organised. Looks properly managed and staff are very helpful. Ooh and I also got my favourite but rare juice there. So maar took all from the shelf

This is one of the best W stores in Jhb.

Great selection of good quality clothing in a variety of styles. There is also an attached cafe and grocery store which offers food one cannot normally find St a grocery store. The staff is friendly and efficient. This place is never crowded!
