Best easy access Woolworths in Randburg for both walk in and wheelchair. Park immediately outside door, no trudging for miles through parking garages and shopping malls, hop out your car and into the shop! Always well stocked - if you cant go to Cresta, this branch is your next best option for choice. Good meat and fish section. Woolworths now participates in the detergents specials so I always look online to see which detergents are cheaper and then go to this branch to buy. Staff friendly and willing to help.

Not quite in the same league as Douglasdale, but I have always enjoyed using this branch. Well stocked and super friendly and I love that they gave me their expired roses to take home instead of just throwing them away.

The staff is friendly and very helpful 🥰.its my favourite I enjoy shopping there .All health regulations kept and easy access to products you want .

Not enough tills open, but enough staff in the store... COVID aint an excuse anymore. Should the customers also blame Covid.

Neat, Clean and good service

I usually shop from this store, today had the worst experience I go buy goods there next thing my card is blocked I cant purchase, we call customer care they telling I blocked my card,why will I go all the way to the store and purchase if I know u blocked my card.. Manager tries to assist I wasnt happy with his service because he couldnt help with plan B, hes telling me I need to wait for a new card, which new card cause i ddnt request a new, he seemed confused.Bad service!!!

Good for a quick shop

As a fan of woollies, I thought certain things done at woollies are part of their training program... I always tend to standardize it and credit woollies on the whole. But learnt that training and reality are different. Hence I would like to channel my appreciations to individuals. There are afew of these Till counter consultants, who pack our bags so optimally that I think they feel as if they are packing it for their own purpose... Putting themselves in customers shoes and select the number of plastic carry bags economically. Kudos to you guys.

I alway shop at this Woolworths but I must say that their range is very small and they dont have wipes to clean the trolleys. Im sure the customers safety should be priority in times like these.

Good shopping experience no queues, friendly and professional personnel

Conveniently located Woolworths Food (close to the Virgin gym so you can get your shopping in after a workout). Parking is a bit limited but it depends on which time of the day you go. Traffic is also a lot less hectic during the lockdown now. It is decently stocked and the staff are efficient.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great as per Woolies standards. Isnt always stocked up on fresh produce and sometimes produce is short dated. Just mean needing to stop more regularly to only get for next day or two as opposed to getting everything for the week.

The most USELESS woolies store EVER. parking is great but thats where great stops. No management ever to be seen unless one looks outside the store where they all stand and smoke and have a social with their friends. Shelves are always empty. Magazines are at the EXIT of the store so sorry for you if you want a mag. This afternoon got there at 4,30 and walked out at 5.30. 2 people who were not even permanent staff manning the tills and the line all the way past the fridges to the chicken counter. Still wondering why this store does not just close down. It is a waste of retail space and brainless management

NOBODY WEARING MASKS!!!MANAGER opening the store and ALL employees arriving on duty not wearing masks. Manager even accepted a delivery of bread and still did not put on her mask (yes it’s the a mask on her hand. Albany’s bread delivery staff ALSO not wearing masks.

Nice selection of goods and friendly staff, does get a bit busy at peak times but line moves quick. They have nice selection of vegetables.
