First time here and Im in love 😜. Food was great. Used the self service screen to order , it greeted me well. They got my order right , First time , as I dont take salt with my fries. 👏 its a very Neat and clean store. Not crazy or noisy. ..that means we will be driving up here more often if you ask. I ordered for the first time from McDonalds jackals creek today.On their menu they have an option of iced & non iced drinks & I opted for non iced,to my surprise,all my drinks had ice.How did you get everything else right but miss my drink option?Please give customers what they want.I chose your store knowing what I want today so please give me exactly that without asking any questions because I could have chosen any other store but I chose you.

Always check your order before leaving. Youll get a dry burger with no garnish, youll order 10 nuggets and only get 8 and your Mcflurry wont have enough oreo in it. 3 times Ive been dissapointed now. Worst McDonalds ever. So glad theres a new one up the road.

My order was wrong both times I visited this branch. The first time the happy meals did not have the juice (that I paid for) and the second time I got a veggie burger when I ordered a double quarter pounder. I will not be returning to be disappointed for a third time.

Super friendly staff, very helpful. Clean store, speedy service. Manager was also on point, free wifi.

First time sitting at the restaurant, food is good and service is friendly. However there is constant beeping coming from the kitchen which is extremely distracting and annoying.

This morning they dropped the ball was in the drive through for 15 minutes. But usually very good!

I get that you are still new but guys thats no excuse for incompetence. Firstly I didnt get a straw and had to drive back then discovered I didnt get serviettes. Absolutely unacceptable, pay more attention. I do have to say that I love the guy who takes our orders at the drive through. He is always so upbeat and friendly.

This mc Donalds started off well but the service and quality of their food has gone down tremendously. If its not the slowest drive thru its cold food and small portions of chips.the restuarant is right next to my house but on rumors occasions I prefer going to the Northgate branch.

Ordered Chicken foldover with large Mcflavour Fries, I must say the foldover was dry, as for fries they were just a few of them.

Worst service ever and its not the first time. I ordered 5 meals only received 3 meals that were not complete ,no juice for happy meal,Its honestly annoying to pay for items and not receive them

I ordered Big Mac (x4), the burger was dry, absolutely no source whatsoever. The fries were stale. Stale fries? Im still shocked.

They were very slow and they gave me wrong orders 3 time without changing, they need to improve their service it not up to standard

Not bad as the place is still new. Keep up the good customer service. Your order touchscreens are time consuming though

When I went and I was at the paying window and the window was closed. Then the second window was open and they said we had to go back all because of an employee who is unable to do his job properly and do they duty that he had been assigned with.

Very Sunday morning I have to wait for them to get ready and as a result it takes forever to get my order. Why can’t they be ready by 7am when customers come. Today I arrived at 07:02 and had to drive to cashier to make my order. Short story I left at 07:11.
