Friendly and helpful staff.. Food was prepared quickly too.

The best McDonalds service ever. The staff is super friendly. I spent good 5 hours at that establishment because of the warmth one receives as the customer.

Very quick. I like the new order platform to improve social distancing. Theres a touch screen as you enter with a easy user I ter face from which you order amd pay with credit card. Once you have your receipt its no time at all until your order is there. Love it.

We ordered a cup of coffee which had not been made properly. We then informed them about it and they made us another one. However, they took the coffee into the kitchen and closed the sliding door, which was not necessary as everything they needed to make the coffee was in the coffee bar, which was out in the open. As they were making the second cup of coffee, we noticed that they kept looking and laughing at us, which was quite odd.They can not be trusted. What was the need to take it back there? Head office needs to conduct an investigation and the involved staff sholud be disciplined.We called the supervisor (Taddo) and asked for a refund.

The drive-thru experience is just okay. No delays, not fast... Just normal and accurate timing.

I ordered a big mac meal, they gave me a big Mac burger, I paid the difference yet they refused to make it a meal and just gave me fries. I tried explaining to them that I ordered a meal and the guy asked me what am I waiting for....absolutely disgusting service, I will be taking this further.

Great service. Drive through forgot my burger. When I returned to the store the burger was replaced without question even though I DID NOT have my receipt. Really very impressed. Thanks keep it up

So today I. went to. your branch I would just. like to say your service was pathetic.....The individual who took my order kept interrupting me after the sixth time I tried to place an order at the drive through....eventually.i had to order inside.....my. food was cold whene I received it because the kitchen staff was busy making jokes..... my chocolate milkshake tasted horrible no. flavour at all just tastes like vanilla ice cream.... really dissapointed with the service

The wait was too long and with people waiting around for food, the tea we ordered did not taste nice either. The experience was just not great.

Food was fresh, moved quite quickly through the drive through even though it was peak lunch time.

The average wait time is far longer than it should be and if they have runout of the item purchased they substitute it with out consultation.Amended to one star as the website provided doesnt appear to have a customer care option and I have now wasted additional time trying to find them.

They ask on your order which toy you would prefer, for a boy, girl or a book and then only have one toy in stock. The children are motivated to go there for the toys and then this happens. This is not the first time this has happened

Ordered the hazelnut iced coffee with NO sugar and i got given a double dose of the usual sugar after the lady taking my order furst had to confirm that its possible to see me this without sugar. When i ordered other drinks with extra ice, i was given no ice.

The lady at the door was so sweet. She asked me if I had the McDs app and when I said I didnt, she was like Ah why?. Haha told her I used to have it but removed it cause I needed space. She showed me the specials on hers and although I didnt order any of the app specials, I do have it now.

Very average overall. Food was slapped together, took 10mins just to get an answer on a family combo meal question-loads of staff wandering around looking busy but not actually doing anything. When it arrived we checked, and there were no sauces for the nuggets-when asked “oh, sorry we are out of sauces(all of them?) and the lady at the till should have informed you”. So we got opened jalapeño sauce with no lids-probably from a previous customer-how disgusting. Chips were supposed to be no salt, yet it was covered. Really go to another store if you can.

Quick service is needed especially to uber eats drivers. Its not nice seeing them waiting for mins in the sun or when its raining. A shed is required to keep them safe

Great place to chill in the open air

Ive used Scoot to order twice from here and the food both times is poor quality, chips taste like they have been sitting there all day and the food is cold. I am 3 Kms down the road... I have asked Scoot to see if they can switch me to the Sandton branch. Honestly , I dont get how you have 4 stars? They should send a food inspector to you.Contacted Mcdonalds at their site as they suggested. Pretty much told me to take it up with scoot, not sure what scoot can do to fix this when they are not the ones cooking? Told them Ive already spoken to scoot and was directed to the site by the rosebank McDonald branch and they ignored me.

Adequate measures are in place for the protection of patrons, hand sanitizers, tapping options for payments and modernized ordering process with a staff member on hand to assist customers that are not familiar with the process.

Im here to complain that TEG assist that was helping me to order on the 12 of September at rosebank McDonalds was so rude ...throughout the process of waiting for 2 hours he told me that he was doing me a favor after I waited for 2 hours waiting to be served i was done redeeming after he told me that I couldnt pay at the electronic machine and the cashier still couldnt assist me but was able to assit someone that came after me I even told asked her how do you do such she told me about typing everything on the screen but couldnt do my order I had to still wait for an hour after me the TEG guy was laughing about it telling me his doing me a favor when he was downloading the app on his phone to redeem for me again please check on your cameras from what time did the lady with a white dress get there and what time she left the service was very poor I couldnt believe that he couldnt say that in front of all the customers in the store. Im not sure if any of those employees know anything about customer service the cashier couldnt call his/her manager. May I kindly get a feedback about such its was from 21p.m until 22 when they closed everything got served because I got my order

I went to a drive through they took orders with a hand held device. That took away a chance for me to see available specials and new products as the orders were taken away from the normal order stand where they advertise. Ended up having to go into the store when i saw some the specials.

Beautiful fast food joint right next to the Rosebank Gautrain and the Rosebank mall. Fabulous service, the staff greets you at the door and helps you take orders using those new self services ordering machines. I loved every moment of being there.You have an option of having the food brought to your table which made me feel a lil bit special. Loved being at this macdonald. Keep up the amazing work guys i will absolutely come back to dine some more. Thanks

Ordered 10 big macs for my colleagues at work and the McDonalds staff were so helpful, the brought each meal to my car and made me feel so good. I appreciate the level of professionalism and kindness they approach me. Wonderful

The drive through felt like a walk in where theres not enough staff. It was frustrating to say the least.

I seem to remember a time when it took a few minutes to get a burger. Seems like now it take a few minutes just to take your order, even when you are front of queue...
