The place is located in a busy food court ,its easily accessible by wheel chair ,finding good parking spaces was a challenge as is always the case in Jozi ...The staff is nice and really cool ...however their offerings left a lot to be desired....there was hardly anything available from the menu ...which was disappointing for i was really looking foward to some fried chicken...but thanks yo it being in a busy food court one was not short of alternative options

Nice KFC conveniently located on your way to or from the Park Station JHB and / Bree taxi Rank AND Newtown.

Worst service. Toilets very dirty for a food out let. Management are the worst coming to assisting with customer complaints. They need to know customer comes 1st!

This KFC sucks, ths is how my food looked like when I received it. It looks like someone ate first before it was given to me and when I went to Complain Babalwa told me they dont eat the meat....And that it was finished. I find this disturbing.

It convienent while going home from work

Me and my husband came across very unprofessional staff,we ordered our meals,we sat down and ate our meals,as we were enjoying our meals a lady that is working there came to us,she asked if we can do kfc survey on our phones,we said we’ll do it later but she insisted that she wanna do the survey for us while we’re eating,I gave her my phone,she took my phone went straight to the kitchen and closed the door with my damn phone ..I followed her I knocked on the door and asked her to give my phone back,and worst part she had already given my phone to someone else like what the hell,first of all I thought I was supposed to fill in the survey not her filling it for me,and I didn’t appreciate her disturbing us while eating ,insisting that we do the survey,like can we eat in peace please,and her taking my phone from me and giving it to someone else was very disrespectful🤬🤬
