Bought a soulmates classic last night only to find 8 pieces when I got home. Disappointed to say the least. Will need to check my orders when I go there from now.

Food is not fresh, always serve us old chips and chicken, but the place is always packed, I dont understand how is this possible

Service was slow. At some point waitrons kept arguing with one customer for a till slip and left everyone else waiting of the queue instead of helping other people while a supervisor deals with the one customerIt is better if you call and collect

The location & venue is well suited for shoppers & visitors alike.Service & food is good ,however, if you are in a hurry , then avoid this place as the que ues can be long at times.

Well apparently I had to leave my kids unattended because they are in side a trolley, and I had to put the trolley aside, Im so disappointed. I ended up not buying because I chose my kids, they know kids get kidnapped everyday in south Africa bt they still insist on that bull😤🤬🤬🤬

Slow service sometimes the meat is finished you are asked to wait for your meal

One of the worst services, waited 35 minutes for a meal. Staff very slow and unorganised.

The order takes long and the hot wings were stale not fresh@ all

It wasnt great I waited for my order for 30minutes and the staff there didnt show no remorse

Terrible customer service. Supposedly a family restaurant but doesnt allow you to bring your trolley in. 90% of customers are females who are shopping with there kids whos children sit in the trolley.When I asked them must I just leave my kid in the trolley on the side with no one to watch her- the response I got was yes and if I dont leave the trolley on the side I must leave the restaurant immediately
