The drive through is not suitable for big cars eg Sedan or SUV.

Bought a burger there and it was the worse mistake of my life...the burger looked like it was made in a hurry & fries were dry. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Gave the food to homeless people 😤😤Very dissappointed.

The staff are friendly and from my experiences the food is always fresh

We were not happy with their zinger wings there we not fresh could not eat them

Service was good.... But... Our food) colonel burgers and twisters) were horrible. They were burnt, hard and like rocks. We threw the food away.

Staff very friendly except the lady at the door who takes temperature. The chicken however was under cooked and smelt of blood

I dont know about the other days but the day (2020-01-13)I went to eat there with my uncle, their customer service was very poor and the waiter was upset by the situation that he forget to put in the bag the side salade that we ordered. I dont know if they were just in low effective or too tired by the day. At least the driver-thru was quite faster.

Service was poor. The staff member helping us was so dirty... You cant work with food and look like THAT! They messed up our order as well. Poor communication! Unacceptable! Pathetic! Appauling! Highly not recommended!

Went there on Saturday 26/09/2020 just before 2pm. Food was delicious. However, we didnt receive any serviettes, salt, seasoning or STRAWS! Extremely disappointed. Its the small things that count.

No stars bought 2 x Crunch Slider Meals when i opened my food there was no chicken pieces only the Sliders. Do we now have to check if everything is in the bag before leaving a drive thru????

Order is regularly messed up and the quality of the chicken is poor. Ive been to many kfcs in my life and this one is the worst one by far. This is not a once off incident. The quality of their chicken is consistently poor.

For once the got our order right, best kfc we had in years!!!! Soft juicy Pattys, hot chips and ice cold cold drinks. Give this place a Bells. dodgy area though.

Right at the corner, next to the robot and china city. Few staff but hard working. Nice place to relax after tedious shopping.

It was my first time using it and I dont know if they were having a bad day or what but the drive through service was very slow. It is however a convenient place to get dinner on your way from work when you dont feel like standing in long queues.

After placing the order and waiting, the manager says that they didnt have mash and gravy, offering me a coleslaw instead. We only went to KFC because of the mash and gravy! He said the mash and gravy would take 10 minutes, which I didnt have due to the traffic that was steadily building up due to it being rush hour. I ended up accepting the coleslaw but then went to KFC in Sanridge Square (Midrand) to get my mash and gravy. KFC, please make customers aware of your supplies when ordering!

Disappointing service...I had placed an order but forgot to add 2L Coke. Had to literally beg the cashier to ask her supervisor to void the transaction. Cashier made it seem like I was asking the impossible.The wait was also unreasonable considering that only 3 customers were in the store.When the order came. The cashier had dropped a few chips on the counter whilst packing bag and didnt see why she had to replace them... Wow!

Bad service ever. Placed and order and waited more than 30 minutes with no update, and they gave me wrong items. I was so annoyed, only Thobile who knows the customers, the rest, dont even know what to say.

Only 1 cashier who is serving the food and placing orders. Toilets are so dirty and stink like they never clean the toilets since this place opened up. The tables are dirty as well. What a disgrace!

The place was very busy on the day I went. Tables not promptly cleaned after patrons leave. I had to take a dirty table. Lots of flies as a result.The staff served with a smile.

Theres a guy there by the name of Lesiba, hes so rude and arrogant. I ordered online and they brought me a wrong order, i had to drive all the way from JHB CBD to there only to deap with rotten attitude. But thanks to the manager for sorting out my order.

Received food and went to sit. Found that cooldrink was half full. Got up and asked for a fill up. Went to sit again but no salt included in my meal.had to get up again. Suxh an inconvenience.not happy.

At this KFC, was one of my worst experience for a Fast Food restaurant. Never ever coming back again, wasted a lot of my time and hardly has any meal ready to go.
