I logged a complaint about a Zinger Wing being missing from my order.I was contacted and promptly helped by the manager, who gave me a complimentary meal.Mistakes happen, but they handled it professionally. 5 stars.

Food was okay but always double check your order because they robbed me several times now. I would recommend unpacking everything.

Absolutely terrible service, do not reecomend to anybody. The staff are extremely rude and the employees adjust the trading hours to suit their fancy. I have come to this kfc many times and everytime I am come here they never seem to have certain items I planed to order or they are just too lazy to make them.

After figuring out that the intercom doesnt work, I get to the window where there wasnt anyone and got ignored. Did a prefect reverse out of that drive thru. unnecessary humiliation just for a twister 😢

Honestly waited for 15 mins to even order.. The spicy chips were horrible did not even finish it.. The zinger wings had absolutely no flavour which left me putting tomato sauce on the chicken just to give it some flavour.. Honestly worst experience and meal

From my understanding a drive through should be quick, yet it took 45 min to get through it, there was no space to turn around or go past the car in front of me, yes it was at lunch time but when I entered there was 2 cars in front of me and one behind.When I got me food, the chicken still tasted raw.Management is friendly but other staff quite rude.

Food OK but was a sit in and had staff shouting at each other up and down the dining area. Very noisy extract fan in toilets also herd in dining area.

The Staff is unfriendly, I had to go chase up my drive through order after waiting 15 minutes it will be my last visit to this specific KFC.

Quick question: why is it that the heater is always turned up a notch here? Emphasis on, ALWAYS. You cant sit down and enjoy your meal here without eventually passing out.

Certainly did NOT want to give them a star but you have to to comment. Dreadful place. The drive through is CONSTANTLY closed - constantly! One would think that bordering Melrose office complex and having so few parking spots, their drive through would ALWAYS be open. It almost never is. A massive thumbs DOWN from me.

Make sure you check your chicken here. I bought 2 x streetwise two and all the chicken was old, it made me sick and looked as though it had been re-fried. The skin was like rubber. Be careful!!!

Delicious zinger burgers, very delicious zinger wings with chips and chicken pieces also were really fully cooked and delicious too. I love this chicken really.

I bought 2x street wise 2 the other day via Uber eats and the chickens taste was so bad, from my experience in the restaurant industry the chicken was off and they didnt even care about that but continued cooking the chicken either way, thats another way for a customer to get food poisoning, improve your food standards please.

Horrible service, had to wait for an order for more than 15 minutes at a drive thru. The lady who was serving was very crude, stubborn and in different. Not a place to go for your drive through.

Sadly, the worst service ever. Chicken burgers were dry, cold and fillets were rubbery. Attendants could not speak or understand as we needed to shout out our order multiple times at the drive through. First and last time visit there. Will stick with KFC Corlett. They have the freshest food and the best service.

Took a late night drive for family ice cream. Very disappointed. Yes they known for chicken. But we wanted try there new super chic brownie thing so decided to go. Worst service ever received at a KFC, the most easiest place to get food on the go. The staff is rude, unprofessional and the manager is useless. I was given an incomplete order 2 in one week and i was insulted for pointing that out to them. Second incident was listening to the staff talking bad about a customer thats at intercom. Sadly i was the customer. Left without ordering after complaining to the manager. Never ever going back

The worst KFC in JHB. The quality of their food is appauling, afforded them numerous chances and each time I ended up regretiing buying from here. Most recently, bought a crunch burger - half of the patty was hard crumbed spice with barely any chicken, tasted old and chewy.

This is by far one of the worst KFCs ever, always out of stock, always delayed. How can it be a 24hour that cannot cater to perfection any time of the day!
