Ordered dunked wings among other things only to find hair in the wings... When I confronted the manager about this (Tuesday 11 May 2021 - 19:50) she implied that I was lying and brushed it off as if it was nothing, she did give me a refund, but the lack of customer service especially in that situation was utterly horrible. That was the worst experience Ive had with anyone in management. This KFC definitely has the lack of the ability to hire competent staff, and the fact that the manager has such a disregard for the customer as well as the operations of the branch is astounding.

Kentucky Fried Chicken , KFC is a deep fried chicken franchise fast food restaurant chain, you have several options available on the menu, Also some vegetarian options, as well as vegan... but you would get healthier options at another establishment. I do love their desert and sweet tooth options, they have nice ice cream 🍦 with good flavoured options....I usually have a Very Berry Crusher and classic twister.

KFC has reduced burger sizes, as I was served a small burger when I bought a colonel burger meal...I was shocked at this discovery and it never filled me up...utter shock as this was my only place I bought burgers now it time to change ,sorry guys but this is money.Hunting for a new burger love joint now.

The place is small and little cosy . But their bathroom is locked and you have to go in front to ask for key. I found that a little embarrassing.

The food was great, but the place is not clean. Their loo was in quite a state considering, I just wanted to use the bathroom but had to buy something in order to do that - unimpressed!!

Walked into this store to find about 15 people congregated very noisily around the queuing area. Upon closer inspection I realised that these were delivery guys waiting for their orders. They were extremely rowdy, packed the queuing area (other customers walked away assuming the queue was too long) and argued with a manager/staff who was just as vociferously shouting and arguing with them as well. Noticed a massive queue at the drive thru as well.... Store was extremely unkempt especially the food prep area was in a total disarray... My very small order took about 25 minutes to reach me and this was after I implored the food packer to please release my meal as it was visibly ready to pack. Service as with most KFC stores I have visited is deplorable and totally uninviting... I somehow never get the same experience at a Mcdonalds

Rude staff. Door says they close at a certain time but you cant order via Uber Eats from an hour before their osing time. Went to drive through half an hour before closing time and rude staff tell you they cleaning and its closed. The owner quickly needs to check in on his business. Wont last long like this

Wow i am impressed at the level of improvement from this store. Great quality matched with great service. This branch has not always been like this and just 2 months ago i would agree with every complaint that is listed here as that was the truth. Having said that i urge everyone who has had a negative experience to give them another try the improvement was really that big !

After a long day spent in Fordsburg we decided to stop at KFC Brixton next to garden city corner high and queens bartlet road. My sister was not allowed to enter this KFC because she was wearing a parda (the veil ) which has left me disgusted and made me question the authority of KFC being a halal Muslim owned franchise. How are they training their staff ? and is this how us customers in the muslim community should be treated? Especially the women for wearing the parda. Are we suppose to wear double masks and suffocate to death just to wear this so called KFC.
