Good morning.Very sad this morning Saturday 24 /07/2021. Kfc President Street, Cbdworst chicken ever Street wise . Dry. look like it is from the prevoius day shame

It was so empty hardly waited for my order to be ready. Good service also from staff

KFC johannesburg CBD 1(Pathetic Service ), i have been to this store several times and all the time when i get there they always tell me they dont have Streetwise two (2) pap therefore one should always convert into eating something else, When they open first time during lockdown they were selling rotten meat that was kept in the fridge during the period of lockdown, They absolutely dont care about customers. I will not recommend anyone to go to that branch.

I just ordered a wrapsta box and I’m not satisfied with the quality of the food the chicken was too dry and didn’t taste fresh at all,the chips were dry too the only thing that is nice is the wrap I’m so disappointed.

In this team of the season we dont expect them to talk /scream within times of work

The staff at this KFC is the best, I work closely and usually buy food there and they know and understand me. they are always will to help, Who ever the manager is im happy with your staff they are THE BEST

They do not have toilets on site; customers have to use the smelly city parks toilets across the road and pay the security guard R5.

Staff was friendly and treated us so good but couldnt find the meals we wanted as we were told the meals are finished. Maybe it was our timing on that day since it was Sunday afternoon.

Staff do not respect customers, how could someone order her meal of her choice and after 30 mins waiting you are told that what you ordered is no available. The cashier was swearing at another customer and arguing about her order too. This is disappointing really.

Tables where sp dirty and no one even cared enough to come clean the table, i hat to eat on top of that dirty table

Same service as can be expected from a KFC, except the shop is far less smaller than most

Terrible service. Never have breakfasts ready on time. Went there a week ago, they opened late firstly, have two signs on there door contradicting there opening times saying breakfast is served from 6:30 but there opening time is only 7am. Secondly they only had toast available. Really! Then why even open the doors. Quality of food is also poor.

The meat ar KFC is really bad and I was starving I just did not enjoy it its completely wet and black inside and got a funny smell...Ill never buy meat from kfc id rather eat their roll finish...kfc was not like this and lots of ppl uses to buy there but not any more its empty because of the food they serve us eeuw

Service okay, some food was over cooked and had to be returned. I think the staff has the attitude of ag it in town, customer service shouldnt be excellent.

Cashier kept on making mistakes for customers. She looked tired and not interested. Very unprofessional
