The chicken is fried perfectly not fried in burnt oil.

Worst customer service experience ever.The owner of the branch is Francie. I paid R135 for a meal that I didnt receive, I was promised a refund and a free small meal. Its been 6 working days and still no refund, but they called me to fetch my free meal of 2 pieces of chicken and a small chips.. My dog wasnt full after that small meal.Please dont go to this KFC, waste of money and time.

Very disappointed in the service from KFC Marlboro Gardens. The lady who took the order actually repeated the order to make sure its correct.. and guess what? Still gives us the incorrect stuff. To add to that they forget to add straws or sauce like we asked.

Our food was given to someone else by mistake, after waiting for another 25min + the lady didnt apologize or anything. An apology would have been nice.

1 out of 5 just for safety. (Food is fine std kfc).. Its strictly for us locals in the greater area we are in & out not BUT safe for tourists or out of towners..Not safe to sit in the drive thru or to park and walk in. Order uber eats but you cant physically go there. Food wise its fine its a chain KFC so you will get the same KFC food countrywide. Services the neighboring township Alexandra in Jhb. Staff are great. Its on a very busy corner at the entrance to the township with an Engen McDonalds and a quickie motel. Its right around the corner from the Marlborough Gautrain.

Well, ordered at the drive thru, was told to reverse so the sensor can work. What is up with that.I waited for 22 minutes to get my food, which is really odd. It aint worth the wait. Do better, be better.

Ordered a All Star box meal and the Burgers were dry and the sauce felt like it had been placed on the burger for weeks and zinger wings were super dry! Very much disappointed in the quality of the food. Hope its a once off experience

On Wednesday 26/2 morning the drive-through was closed and there was only one cashier assisting customers. At least my cappuccino was creamy, and my AM mini twister fresh.

Last time I came they were out of pineapple saying no more Hawaiian burgers sold there although it was advertised on the site as well as featured on he drive through board.I came again today. Same story. They advertise this as their main featured meal yet when you get o the window you forced to order something else saying they just ran out of pineapple. For 2months now.Ordered a buddy coke as I was driving only to get told now I would have to pay extra because its not he cup yet on the advert they all buddy cold drinks.Not impressed. Wouldnt recommend this place soon.

Worse everWhenever i go there always dont have something or another.Theres always no mini loafs, no burger buns or either no mash and gravy...I live up the road from Kfc Marlboro but i never im going to go there again cause it happened several times..The stuff are always on a chill mode like no sense of customer service.Its really disappointing.... Why have a branch when you can have stock of items to make certain meals??!!!

I guess old habits die hard, Ive previously contacted their customer care line to complain about the service on this store. They promised to improve their service, yet barely 3 months later, Im back in this store and honestly I cannot see much improvement relating to a better service.Staff ignore waiting customers queued up to the door while they carry on about their own business. They could at least acknowledged the customer & apologise for the wait. When the customer is finally served, they do not give a friendly greeting. Unfortunately this is one of the closest stores to where I work otherwise I would definitely avoid this store.

Visited for lunch after a tourist bike tour through Alexandra township. Its the first KFC store Ive seen with the counters behind bulletproof glass! Guess its necessary but I didnt feel safety was an issue in the area. Service and food were excellent, just what I had expected and needed. Marlboro train station at walking distance.

Dont go there after 9 pm.. they start closing shop and you have to wait till 10 to get your order while you are locked out of the shop.. and when you place your order you are told that x..y..z..is not available and after the whole circle of employees debate if they can produce 9 overtime meals for my tired staff you are told 20 minutes wait which ended up as 56 mintes...yuk

Great place to enjoy fried food, with free WiFi and convenient power sockets for laptop and cellphone chargers. Open early and close late to can accomodate those who do not want to cook. What I did not like is the fact that there is no screen to show how far your order is, so you just have to listen to the cashier shouting excuse me sir or excuse me maam.

They always get the orders right and are quite quick and professional.

On the outskirts of Alexandra under the Gautrain bridge lies a convenient stop at KFC while filling up with petrol at the next door service station.The queues are not very long over lunch time and the drive-thru seldom sees more than 3 cars waiting to place their orders.Staff are friendly enough.The restrooms are however a bit derelict and need an overhaul. Good for a quick in and out takeaway.
