DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! OMG! I got an OLD, DRY, TINY piece of chicken in my box master. I could NOT BITE it!!! Its rock hard. Im so disappointed, absolutely disgusting. I paid for a fresh meal. STOP keeping old stock and reheat it 5 times and sell it in takeaways!!

The ice cream machine needs to be checked out. The ice cream was given to us already melting and has some sort of light yellow hue to it, I couldnt really enjoy.

The food is great, top quality but the drive-thru service I received today was appalling, eventually went inside to get my food only to find that it hadnt even been packed. It doesnt feel safe, it looks a bit dodgy but havent seen anything criminal happening there

Its KFC, so you know the food will always be what you expect. But this branch usually doesnt have something that Ive wanted, and the wait time, especially the drive through, is pretty long for KFC.

Very friendly staff and not that busy so all freshly made. Great experience

Went back , they gave me a dirty bag , food squashed and messed , had to wait again for them to sort it out , staff laughed when I told them to replace it, very rude and disrespectful !Supervisor Dinah did not do anything about it, just ignored the situation. Went there near closing time the other night where they let myself along with 5/6 other people stand in the queue waiting while they were taking an order from a last person who took about 15 minutes to order. After which telling all of the rest of us that they were out of chicken.

The drive through is very slow.Only one service window is being used for ordering,payment and collection. This KFC is not exactly like other branches. I was in the line for more than 15 minutes with just one vehicle infront of me.

Since 1971, this was the first KFC in the country, KFC Orange Grove has provided the community with real good food and service. During this pandemic they have followed protocol and procedures. Keep it up. Thanks.

This outlet operates at a snails pace, never go there if youre really hungry or pressed for time because your patience will be tested.

Their service has improved, go and get their dunked wings ...Mmmmh. I have tried other outlets I find theirs still the same saucy well done wings. Tried lyndhurst, bramley and kew (after balfour park) very dry and not impressive at all.

Its a great place to be just to seat,relax and enjoy ones food.

Charges you full price for Nuggets with 2 dips, doesnt even let you know they dont sell dip until you insist on it. 😕 at the very least tell us before we pay.

This is the worst experience ever, I went to the drive thru. They told me it will take 12 minutes for the meat to be ready, well I didnt have a problem they said I should wait at the parking for my food afterwards the shop closed . I went in to find out whats happening. They had sold my food to another customer. And they was no food left.. Im reporting this to customer care in the morning

Im not sure what the purpose of a drive through is to them. Everytime i go to drive through i end up walking up and down the drive through. Its not the staff thats the problem i think management must give them reliable resources to do their jobs productively. 5 star for the staff members

Bit delayed with the prep. Had to wait a while for our order.

I ordered All Star Lunch Box Buddy which comes out with Crunch Burger, 1 piece of original recipe chicken, 2 Zinger Wings, Small Chips, Small Drink, but I got missing things. I didnt get my two zinger wings and the chips where half done. I asked for the tomato to be removed but no instructions where followed .Orange Grove kfc must be closed. No communication was given to me about the zinger wings or have putted something to replace my wings. Im really not happy. I paid a full amount for a short order. The staff has an attitude with no help. Dont waste your time and money coming here,very slow and rude service. The give you what they want not what you pay for.

There is always a problem, card machine not working, no drive through, there is always a problem. You used to make the best KFC I know of but your service is so bad Id rather go to a lesser KFC just for better service. Such a pity.

Worst service ever... I was second of three cars but waited for more than 20 Min per car for them to start serving us. The first window where you place your order was not even active and no one said anything about it so they let us wait for more than 25 Min until the car infront of me went to the next window only then they started serving and I had to wait another 20 Min for them to complete the order of the car in front of me!

Overall good service marred by packing staff forgetting to put 2 tubs of gravy for the 2 Streetwise 2 pap in the bag! Meal ruined when I got home.... You cant eat pap without gravy! I called the outlet and spoke to Simon who apologized. 2 x Meals still wasted and ruined though.

Really nice and served hot. Sometimes a bit slow especially month end for drive through as the first window to order doesnt work , only one window works where you order,pay and pick up which can make one not understand what the hold up is. Suggestion: perhaps if an order is taking long , ask the customer to park in front to serve other customers.

Poor service, staff didnt attend to customers, they were chatting away at the back. I was told to wait for 5 minutes for a burger patty after 15minutes the server ased if i would take the only Zinger patty in the hot box. I said fine just to get out of there.

I bought 2 Twisters in KFC Orange Grove . Before I eat I usually check what am eating. I unwrapped it only to find out that there is a piece of breast, was ok. But with old chopped teaspoon of lettuce and half piece of tomato. Was very dry inside and they usually do this you buy Take aways. From now onwards, whatever I buy I will say take away but I will make sure that before I leave I OPEN the meal in the counter to prove everything.

This place is inconsistent. Some days theyre great and some days theyre shocking. I always use this place to purchase food for staff at work and find that it is just luck of the draw on the day. Some times the staff are helpful and willing to assist and sometime you can stand in line waiting for service. All in all it is not a bad place and their food is good.

Nice place, more so because its the only one within the immediate vicinity of that area.
