Drive Thru order was bad, I ordered a Family Box with extra Medium mash and gravy. and upon checking my order upon arrival back home, I was only given x1 regular mash & gravy and this was my second bad experience with KFC Kensington.

The food is absolutely pathetic. The chicken still has long feathers on it. I found a short curly black hair in the chicken and my family has long straight hair. Totally off-putting. The chicken was hard and rubber like. The food was stale and gross. The service is horrible. I asked and payed for a 10 piece family treat and when I got home there were only 8 pieces. If I could, I would rate it zero stars. Horrible food, horrible service. 0/10 would not recommend.

KFC Kensington is the worst I have ever come across.. I waited for 30minutes at the drive thru with no communication the girl at the window Just takes orders and doesnt communicate if there Will be a delay. The stuff at that KFC Kensington is incompitant they have an attitude. I now understand why this KFC was previously closed.. the service is 0.00. BAD BAD

They are always skimping on portions. Coleslaw containers half filled - always. Chips 80%. Mash 70%. You order two meals at the drive-through... you get 1 serviette, one salt and one tomato sauce. Once they even conveniently forgot a portion of a meal. Wont go there again.

KFC Kensington has a pathetic service their staff does not communicate with the customers if there is no meat or if being prepared. For the second time I waited 35 minutes at the drive thru which they have created it a park thru. The stuff there have a stinking attitude with no client centricity. No wonder it was previously closed because of the untrained stuff. 0/10 kfc Kensington dont even deserve my 1star. I wonder how such incompetent people were hire.

I will never again go to this branch from placing our order at the speaker at the drive through there was a delay until we paid the account longer delay at the collection window. I called for the manager (this after 25 minutes of waiting) I was addressed as buddy I am old enough to be his grandfather and stated this I requested my money back and left.

They expect online orders to be queued for in the normal queue. Yet they have a sign that shows where to queue for online orders.

KFC Kensington when open, is always clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant and good fresh food.

Really lovely friendly staff, chicken is always fantastic.

Buy there once a week and was always fresh but 2 out of last 3 visits were disappointing because prices have gone up around 20% and also service has gone down the drain with staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming as well as the chicken was old and dry. It was probably lunch time left overs that had been under the heat lamps or re heated in the oil as they were dark brown in colour. Very disappointed will not be supporting this store any more.

Useless. Phone doesnt work. Staff incompetent. Order online and simple things like coke not coke zero and notes not read. So paying extra and not getting what I ask, then try calling to fix the problem and phone never gets answered. Useless!!!!!!!!

Worst possible service, waiting more than 30 minutes in the que, only to get to the ordering point and be told that there is no chicken pieces, only Zinger Wings available. Why dont you get a staff member to stand outside and tell clients instead of making them wait... your staff are mopping floors rather than offering better service. PATHETIC

Good food fast service

I dont usually give bad reviews. But this KFC is very disappointing. I stood in the drive through for 15 minutes with no one in front of me. I was told just a minute at least 3 times.More shocking is that none of the staff were actually wearing a mask. I understand it is not comfortable, but that is no excuse in the prevention of this pandemic.This is the second disappointment. On a previous occasion I order 4 zinger burgers. When i got home only 1 had chicken on it. The other buns just had the sauce and lettuce.Come on guys. Get it right please....

Today was the third time I visited kfc kensington.And Im very disappointed once again...they are always out of stock....The other day it was nuggets for that special and they also didnt have a berry krusher...the second time I went there they also didnt have the berry krusher...I went there again today...They dont have the same krusher and they say that they dont have milkshake....Its really annoying when you queue by the drive thru and you cant reverse because there are other cars behind you...So imagine being stack in a queue for 10 minutes and not even purchasing anything....next time they should just write on their page that they dont have anything at stock

Pathetic! Ordered snack burgers from the drive-thru. When I arrived home these burgers were extremely spicy and thus inedible. Its the first time ive seen a variant of the KFC snack burger.

Got there at 7:45 and was refused service as they close at 8. We waited for 15 mins and no one informed us that they were closed. Food is always old. They are incompetent. Please dont support this place. Its pathetic

Friendly works and clean place

Staff takes a long time to assist with orders and they arent very attentive when it comes to customer service. This caused my fellow colleagues and I to arrive late to work as we stood in the drive through queue for 20 minutes being the only car in the queue and no one was available at the window and no-one spoke over the service intercom .A sign was also evidend that stated no debit or credit card payments . We payed inside and then card payments were available all of a sudden . Their response being they forgot to remove the sign . I regard this as bad service because if they had removed the sign in the first place and if they were available to assist at the intercom and window we would have been assisted swiftly . We wouldnt have had to spend more than half an hour there.

Service is bad. Cashier very slow and keeps repeating mistakes. I ordered a burger and the assistant wanted to hand it over to me without a packet. What do you call that? Worst kfc service

No Covid protocols followed, I was told that they didnt serve ice cream at the time my order was taken, 10 mins later I saw a couple walking past me with ice cream and they were 2 customers after me, I was upset because of the bad service I received firstly and secondly they didnt want to serve me ice cream for (God knows what reason), its not about the ice cream its about the principle of customer service and fairness.

I continue to have such bad service from this KFC Branch that I pretend they dont exist. They have never gotten my order correct and I have given them over 50 changes only because my son loved KFC Crushes and the Street Wise Menu. The slowest KFC ever! Worst service, we waited for a few mins by the drive through with no assistance but could hear them laughing in the background, when the lady came to assist us she didnt even know what we ordered. If I could rate - I would!!Then they brought wrong order and didnt bother to apologize, the Zulu lady was very rude. So we took it back and our order was still WRONG!!
