The staff are always friendly and smiling, down to the cleaner... The food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty, which is quite an accomplishment... Most definitely a 5 star Food Experience

Though mostly I use drive-thru, staff are always friendly and food good.

Service is average. Staff could work faster and there could be extended operating hours especially over the weekends. I hope the ice cream/krusher maker will work one day

I bought 4 x R30 bucks meal fr takeaway today, I had a voucher of R80 then I added with R40 to get 4 meals, when i received my order i asked the lady who gave me if ty were all there and she said yes when i get home i only had 3 meals. The lady who helped me was Lillian so between her n the lady packed my order thy so unprofessional.

Convenient. Most people prefer drive-thru order and this leaves the place not packed and therefore convenient for walk-in. Service is speedily.

I mean, KFC is KFC! Fried chicken always to juicy perfection. Used the drive through but had to wait for 20 minutes in the parking lot for my order. Still fairly convenient for food on the move. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They did explain about the wait. I like this KFC because its not too busy.

I ordered a street wise 2. Mini loaf expired, chicklet size pieces. Not happy at all.

I used to enjoy their KFC but the service is not the same quite slow especially at month end and tastes different especially during rush hour like it was made in a rush especially the nuggets.

Portion is very small. I had more tomato sauce than chips. Chicken piece is dry and the tomato sauce was not KFC brand. It was cheap brand

My closest, but always trouble. They dont sell coffee, ice Reem mashine is broken, have to wait 10 minutes etc. But they never forget to ask donation 2 rand. Pls.

One of the best, if not the best, KFC outlets in the South. Food is always fresh, store is clean and staff are helpful and friendly. One of the only stores that asks customers if they would like to add R2 for hope.

The staff are friendly and the area is generally clean. The place does get quite busy which can become an issue, especially when you need to find parking: there are a few spots reserved for KFC customers, but the others are open to everyone, including those shopping at the shopping centre. When it does become even a little bit busy, you can expect to wait much longer for your order to be completed.

Ordered the 5+5 special. The wings were okay, the chicken was very bad. It was extremely dry and barely had any taste.

U are ordering from drive thru in our buying food still they will put toxic chemicals in your hands and then after they give u order u will forget and eat before reaching your home or find water .water is free why cant the this enterprises provide free water to citizens when clients are going out of their shop .they pretend that care about our life but after taking your money all u can get from them forcing u eating posion ,😭😭😭

I visited KFC today at 15:00..I was so disappointed to find that I can not use their bathroom cause I have not yet purchased anything..I explain to the lady that,I will place an order when my friend comes in the restaurants..Still she refuse. That was bad service for me.

I wish i could review this place 3.5 stars/5 , the chicken and fries are not bad, kfc southdale is better than mulbarton. The hot wings are not overly spicy which is a good thing, thanks for that.

We purchased the box meal with diet cold drinks. Was advised by the cashier, the diet cold drink will be despatched with the meal. However, at the collection point, was advised they do not have diet cold drinks in bottles. Really, no diet cold drinks in bottles, after requesting it at the ordering - drive Tru counter. There is always a long waiting queue at this drive Tru. Frustrating.
