This is one of those grab and go snack if you dont have time to kill. I call it the home of best cappuccino and Cafe Latte in the south of Johannesburg and bolster the worlds friendliest staff members to top up their already exceptional service. It got better overtime with the introduction of generator now with power cuts you can get food without worryingFinally the chicken is cooked correctly up to standards with other KFC and there service time is about average

I love this place, food is always fresh and hot. Pleasant enough for me. I didnt get my earphones for the promo meal the last time tho. I was irritated by the fact that she didnt inform me and apologise about it. Service is going to the dogs lately I tell you.

Had the issue twice where you place the order and nobody is at the pay window, then when you try pay at the collect window everything has gone upside down... Please train adequate staff

Worst KFC ever. 3rd time visited this store and they say they dont have burgers or wraps. Then I was told they only have 3 pieces of chicken left. Which will make no meal for a family supper. Definitely will not visit again.

This online service seems to be an issue with this Kfc branch we cant be ordering online and end up paying for things we didnt order when we get to the store just because a cashier did not confirm the order correctly at the pay point ..Im really annoyed with this because the whole point of ordering online is to get cheaper deals..Even after showing them proof of my order they still made me pay for an order i didnt place which was way extra than what i had initially ordered online

Service is lacking in this place. Long waits at the drive through. Always apologing for the short comings. Solutions needs to be put in place.

This KFC shouldnt even get 1 star, firstly I waited 45 minutes in the drive through for my order to come, finally when I do get it and get home the chicken is raw and full of oil! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Definitely the worst KFC Ive ever been to!!! I would advice anyone to rather avoid it.

Wotitt was a pathetic experience. Poor customer service. Food was orderd before 14 people but i only received my food after those 14 people. My food was done but they made me wait to serve everyone else. This is not the first time i have received poor service from kfc.this is an on going service problem wih the staff at kfc. The manager does not assist either and does not provide satisfactory results.

This particular branch always has an issue. If theres loadshedding they closed for up to 3 hours after loadshedding. I called in to place an order today and they were closed because they say they ran out of water.
