Im so disappointed really really disappointed I ordered before 20:30 I had to wait for my food for 2hrs 30 minutes I received my food at 22:55 tKFC shell garage 😠 I paid the driver cash but immediately I enter my house I got a message saying my order is been cancelled I wont be charged but the driver was long gone with my money and the meat was raw red blood inside.last week I ordered 9 pieces but received 8 pieces I emailed but didnt get any help now this again Ill attach the pictures of the meat

Superb and fast service from Thuli. 💫There were lots of patrons but she went over and above to serve me. I was impressed.The environment was fairly clean and airy, but could do more to enforcement of social distancing.

We purchased 2meals an mini loafs at the KFC, one of the mini loafs had mice or rat bitings through the plastic and the chicken was old made us sick, reported the matter to their head office and never heard from them again. There is heavy traffic at this KFC check your food 1st go as far to smell it before you walk away!

I just witnessed one of your employees Brenda hauling insults at a customer after the customer had indicated to her that she got his order wrong. Whats saddening is that this customer had kids and these kids had to listen to vile language coming out of Brenda’s mouth. I couldnt bring myself to even order any food after this. This is disgusting and disappointing service from KFC. What makes it worse is the manager was standing there and she didnt bother to reprimand Brenda. Is this the customer service that you teach? Worse Brenda was wrong!
