I understand the statement FAST FOODS!! I just dont understand why the bad service and lack of same comes hand in hand at some stores!!!And yes, this store is guaranteed its business flow due to the fact your store in the mall... but this doesnt give you the right bad service unprofessional staff and bad food!!!.no!!!!We pay for some level of service and quality of food and why should we accept any less and when asked for fresh chips which was suppose to have been done first time round.... attitude from from staff and a full on discussion...Pity there is not another franchise on the market to challenge you... but wait for it!!!! This franchise is slowing just losing it and becoming just another oily fast food joint!!! Sad but true!!!!!!

I ordered a family meal from KFC fourways. The chicken was fine. Chips were definitely old. The zinger wings tasted oily and horrible. That says they were also old. A zinger burger was part of the order, got a normal burger, but was charged for a zinger burger. No mash gravy, even though was part of the order and paid for as well.Wouldnt recommend ordering from this KFC branch.

I bought a fully loaded box meal from kfc Fourways on 13 May 2018. My excitement upon taking a taste of everything was quickly diminished. There was hardly any taste in the rounder, chips and chicken. The only thing that had any semblance of taste was the mash n gravy. Im very disappointed.

The chicken was at least 2 days old. It was very rubbery. We bought on 26 Dec, so probably they sold us chicken from the 24th. Horrible
