This store doesnt deserve a star. Selling accessories that doesnt fit on the cellphone and says its the customers responsibility to check before leaving the store. When asked for a refund (exchange was not an option as their accessories are excessively overpriced), they advise they dont give refunds.Manager and staff then gather around to look for the correct product and then cannot find one as they never had stock. Then they decide to perform a refund. Incompetent and untrained staff. Please get to know the difference between the different USB type chargers. For the sakes of others! I will definitely not be returning. #Vodacom #Chatz
