Its got such a lovely atmosphere when you walk in youre already made to feel welcome. We had competent and helpful service from Gugu at the Chatz Vodacom shop at Greenstone. I would confidently recommend her. The shop was not crowded which was a plus.

I upgraded to a Huawei p40 lite that doesnt run on normal android and this phone cant use any google related programs like google maps, play store or google play so all my games i always play i cant, i cant use my fnb banking app, i cant use. Google maps, i cant use 9gag.and when i went back they didnt want me to change phone and they didnt warn me. This phone is useless

Walked in to get a sim only contract deal. 30mins later walked out connected and good to go.Staff was reasonably friendly and knowledgeable. Much much better experience than the branch I visited in Eastgate Shopping Centre the same day.

Actually landed up hanging up ,After phoning 3 times and on the 4th time finally being answered ..I asked a simple questions ,Which repeatedly he could not understand ..And further more because rude ,Upon me have to repeat my number 5 times and counting!I am porting my number once this contract expires ,Vodacom are over priced and simply not worth it ..Sad after over 10 years!

Sold me a phone yesterday that isnt compatible with Google. Cant use anything Google related, and instead of replacing the phone with something I can use they are having me sit in store for an hour SO FAR!! while they try and figure it out.. Very disappointed and will not come back here or support Vodacom again.

No service, everyone standing around, like you doing them a favour coming into the shop. No product knowledge, no knowledge of vodacom processes, a zero on a contract.

Very poor service at this vodacom shop, assistants have little to no product knowledge. Even the manager couldnt care less, avoid if possible.
