I arrived last Jan 11 2021, I ask the guy on the store I will buy the 100gb anytime bundle for 1699rands good for a year, the store representative get my phone and add a 50gb bundle with 50gb night data good for 6months and thats just cost 500rands. I paid 1800rands since i bought a sim and a 50rands airtime.I will look for my reciept but I guess its too late since its just now I verify cause I called Customer service. Can anyone tell me how to file a complaint againt them so the guy who scam me will get fired. I am nice to him but i guess you can never trust anyone here in South Africa.
Very poor service... Left my son to wait for 30 mins whilst serving other people and not offering him service.
I bought two data sim card, later found one of them charged, I went back to them and they transferred only 1GB which is the maximum daily limit ( however the procedure was too long), for the price they are good for the service I would give them 7 out of 10
They told me to find another shop, they didnt feel like serving us. Worst service Ive ever received from cell c
No shop number or location information once inside the airport, how is one supposed to find the store - walk the whole airport flat? Please update your info and sites.
The lady at the counter is unfriendly and not helpful at all.
