There’s currently a power outage or load shedding.The staff is not sure and was not prepared to come out side the store.One customer was begging a male staff member to take down her number to have him call her back once the power is up and runningWe were totally ignored.. until one customer banged on the windowA female staff member came to the window to listen to each customer queryShe took our numbers down.. but never saved it on her phone, as we asked to be called back once they are up and runningPlease hire helpful staff
I had to wait over 15 minutes to purchase a product. Stuff isnt very friendly
They managed to assist us thank you, but the service is toooo slow and nothing takes less than an hour to be resolved.
Great customer service, I was assisted as soon as I entered the store and support desk was able to solve the rectify the issue with my iPad.
The staff is always helpful at iStore, overall service is great.

Very disappointing service. Been to iStore 3 days in a row to resolve an issue where my Watch app isnt working correctly. They asked me to backup my phone and restore my backup once they reset the phone.Makes no sense to restore a faulty backup.Staff knowledge of their product is next to none. Dont waste your time going to The glen store.

Technical dept dont even have a HDMI screen to test their products... After i had to stand in a que for 1,5 hours.
Shocking service from the technical side. I needed so much advice with regards to my old iPad. Also help with iCloud back up notices .... as what to do for storage space. No forthcoming advice whatsoever... I was simply told to buy a new iPad. With that attitude I walked out of the store and Im seriously considering another tablet device ...

Initial service is quick and assistants are helpful, but promises are not kept.
Charged for software reinstall action twice when all that was needed was to call Apple and refresh the system. No money back 🤷♂️
Bad service. They gave the wrong information and wrong covers
They are extremely slow, took almost 3 hours to do a straightforward upgrade. Furthermore I asked for a proof of purchase so I can insure my phone, they said they will email it to me. I did not receive it, after a few days when I had a chance I had to go back to the store to get one. I also called Apple and they said they would send one, and mark it urgent because I wanted it ASAP for insurance, I still never receive that proof of purchase via email.

Worse Customer service received from Istore (The Glen). My partner took a phone with them on contract via Telkom. We were told the application went for review and theyll contact us.We waited and we eventually followed up, The guy told us the application is approved and will tell us when to come collect. He never called again and we ended up going to the store and with no assistance we eventually cancelled. No one could explain whats wrong and they wanted us to start a new application.

Tne technicians are terribly slow, since there are more people needing technical assistance, why not get more people to assist customers from a technical point of view????
Honestly the service i got was very poor. I wanted some help at the ‘service department’ i dont know if the guy was taking me for granted because i am a teenager or what but i never got help. I wanted to pay up for my itunes n i am cluless on how to do all that but the dude was just not willing to help. IStore can do better. Ill actually go to the next one. Thanks for nothing
This iStore has the latest iPhones and even the old iphone if you need an iphone the iStore at the Glen is the best
Poor staff service. On arrival, I was asked if I can be helped and I explained my problem. The staff just stood unresponsive and when I asked what was going to happen, was abruptly told he is busy and will see once he is finished doing what he was doing. Not worth the effort going in there.

The service from technicians right up to management is really poor at the Glen branch. They dont really want to help if the problem seems too time consuming. After making an appointment I got told its going to take too long make another appointment.Ive been to other Istores where the technicians fix your problems no matter how long it takes. Expect more from this brand to employ people who want to actually be there. Sad...
This particular istore branch is bad news. Telephone keep ringing the whole day and No person available to answer call. I dont understand what is happening in there. As a matter of fact I wouldnt recommend any potential buyer(s) to that very istore branch in The Glen Shopping Center. I purchased an iPhone from there and needed to speak to a sales person but failed to establish contact upon many telephonically call. I assume there must be something suspicious going on there. They are very good to receive your cash payments..
