Beautiful building, beaut cars! Unfortunately the customer service ruins this place. The employees are as cold as the metal on the cars, and it kinda put me off from buying my Porsche from them. A little kindness goes a long way especially towards younger clients and buyers. There was one lady who asked if we had been helped but 20 minutes into us looking at the cars. But again the building and cars were great!

Poor experience considering I was left unattended for more than 1/2 hour before I approached a Salesman for assistance...initial interaction from 2 Salesman was one of disinterest and disregard...greeting, body language and general interaction not befitting the brands perceived image.

They honoured the panel beating warranty on a car I purchased. Well done!!

The staff are courteous professional and well groomed. The showroom is a feat of modern design and efficiency. The service area is very tidy and the facility boasts its own panel beating outfit. The coffees and beverages at their customer service area is quite tasty and the merchandise shop is well managed with friendly staff.

Walked into the dealership in Paulsoff twice to buy a car, one time about 3 years ago and another time a couple of days back. No one has bothered either time to get up from their desk and ask if I am lost or not... Guys, get up your lazy ... and see what people walking into your store want! Gave it 2 stars because they do sell a lovely brand.

I love the Porsche Centre in Johannesburg. Great selection of vehicles and it used to be the biggest Porsche dealership in the world, until it was overtaken by Atlanta and China a few years ago. Great selection of vehicles.

My onboard PCM was unable to connect to to my devices. This dealership advised me that the dealer who sold me the vehicle had tampered with the Radio and unfortunately after all their efforts, unable to assist. My 13 yr old kid linked me thereafter in a matter of seconds. Thanks Porsche for ur hightech advice and 3 day efforts to sort me out....not to mention the 12k service tag
