Service is appalling.Ive been asking to get my warranty extended and service plan since July and I called endlessly for 4 months and they keep saying they talking to the manager but nothing ever changes. I have a service very soon and its sooo expensive and had i been on a service plan it would be so easy for me.I cant afford the next service that I kept on begging to get for 4 months.Tell me what to do now? What should a customer do when your trusted brand/company does not care to help?Your service has disappointed me endlessly.

I arrived 13h20 on a Friday, the guards told me I should wait for 13h30 since the staff went for prayer (Muslims). I waited outside since it was only 10 minutes of waiting, I went again and I was told the staff is not ready to help anyone and I should wait for 14h00 thats only when they would be ready. I feel these guys are playing us and taking advantage. In all Toyota Dealers, I have never seen anything of this nature. 😔🤔🤔

Pathetic service everything!! From the service help to the service manager! No follow up calls at all to give a person peace of mind stating what is going on with a persons car.. car was there 15 days.. i had to call every so often to hear what the deal was.. worse service ever!, will rather drive 30km out to Strydom Park Toyota for world class service. Should be a -0 out of 5 ⭐️

Overall its good, after sales , not sure!I went to buy an e-tag for my new car, and received an invoice with picture, a different car with same number plate, I went to question them about it, and they just were unhelpful, its a new car and they are the ones did the registration, amazing, the guy who sold the car was never available! !! Left my contact at the receptionist and never got another call from this guy. ...I managed to sort it out by myself but it would be nice at least to hear a word wich never happened. ..After sales you are at your own BEFORE you are the most loving person in this world. .. Thats what I call hypocrisy👎👎👎

The 3 gentlemen helped me with the problem I had with my vehicle. The lights tjat go off and the air bag light that stays on.

Shocking client service!! At this dealership you, as the client, DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO QUESTION ANY THING ON YOU INVOICE!! At this dealership they keep you away from the Dealer Principal if you have a problem and want to engage with him/her regarding the problem!!! They have for sure made certain that I will never in my life drive or own a Toyota or Lexus again. My Lexus will also be going this week. Have also cancelled a deal where my training centre was in the process of buying 2 x Hiluxs. Thank you for opening my eyes!!!

Very bad service. I went to freeway Toyota and applied for a Toyota corolla finance. The sales lady helped me in good way. I was offered help to get the insurance after the application was approved and believed they would do only the best for me as promised. I took the short cover as well with them. After 3mnths the was written off after an accident. The shortfall cover I took with them paid only half of the shortfall amount. Was called again to apply for another vehicle and was told the application was successful. I was called again to sign the contract and I signed but to my suprise, i never got the car but after signing I was told that the car was taken to the garage for smash and grab installation and would be back shortly. Never got the car, but financing house debiting from my account. I went back to them and only to find out I was given a false hope. Will not get the car until the shortfall is paid in full. Whats the use of taking a short fall cover then? Or is it because Im black thats why I was tossed around? Will never recommend them to anyone.
