Pre-approved sales great! Finance department sits on their hands and not proactive at all. We have always had trouble with this branch even when it was coming to services etc. Its like whats wrong with the people you employ??? Anyway we will be going to another landrover dealership.

Excellent assistance, their service on our cars is always up to scratch and faultless. i cant see myself in any other dealership but this one! The dealership is among the few to always have the latest models available to test drive and the hospitality from the staff is faultless and impressive

Nice dealership. Friendly helpful staff. Poor access into the dealer. The entrance is through a series of roads like a maze from the adjacent suburb. We highly recommend the dealer consider making an entrance from the main road or relocating to a more accessible spot. Overall good experience will visit again.

Checked my car in on Monday afternoon to check out a problem whereby the oil filter was clogging after less than 2000kms. Heard nothing so on Wednesday afternoon, 16h00 called LR Constantia to be told the car had not even been looked at. Were given various excuses like they had several tow-ins, the guy assigned to do the work had not pitched for work.DONT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY

The English really know how to make cars. Attention to detail is just amazing.

The worst customer service ever! Not thorough and makes the customer feel as if they are lying. They dont tell you their process or protocol and expect you to just know. So when you arrive at the dealership, they throw it back in your face. Not cool! Wouldnt recommend this place at all! Will never go back. First impression counts and they messed it up.

Mate bought a 2nd hand Landy, had no clue how to use the diff lock, the guys were only to happy to assist, and even at 12:50 when they were closing at 1pm on a Saturday, extremely helpful!!!
