I went to this place to buy a coolant pipe for my car. The guys in the parts section overcharged me for the part and lied that the printer cannot print out an invoice for me. They were even troubling me to give them an extra amount for their personal use.Very useless place to buy a Volvo Car part.

The service there is so great that I want to take my car there more often for no reason. They make me feel like Im the only customer for the day.They listen to my gripes, no matter how small and make a plan to fix it. Their communication is proactive, I always get up dates on when when my car is ready or will be ready.Last time I got my car back cleaner than the car wash gives it back to me.

Outstanding staff and decent services. Its costly but thats the case when it comes to driving the Swedish Luxury Volvo. Highly recommended if you are looking for time-efficient and quality parts sale. Ive ordered the spare on Thu afternoon and they managed to get it by next morning and install it immediately. Unfortunately I receive poor service now often than not, ever since I complained when my car was scratched after being left for a service. My most recent incident with the Manager Colleen and her terrible attitude has left a bitter taste. Its a pity there arent many options if Volvo service centers or I would not use them.
