Great service every time!

There is no service!!! took Peugeot 3008 in for over heating problem? 3days later i was told there is carbon on the valves??? cost to clean +-R3800.00. My husband called and they said their diagnostics machine does not show over heating problem so he told to drive the car!!!! Then they realize OK there is a over heating problem???Cost to repair +- R5800.00 go ahead given. 2 days later workshop has not told parts department they need the parts which are in stock??????Then my husband get a call to say they are busy with the car and we will have it later that day... at 13:25 that day we get a call to say the there no is a problem with the wiring harness and it needs to be replaced and go ahead given and ask the person will we still get the car back today, yes they say!!!!At 14:50 that same day my husband gets a call to say they dont know which way round the harness needs to go so its going to take time so we wont get the car back that day.All of this has taken place over one and a half weeks and it is still there with no feed back, they do not return calls. This is a company that are the agents for this car but incompitants rules supreme!!!!!!
