After sales service is undoubtedly the worse ever.The sales team make false promises to you upon selling the vehicle. There after you become second hand stock to them.You have to follow up with them, as if they are the customer.I would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

So I purchased a second hand vehicle. Was made all these promises but when I collected the vehicle it was not up to standard. The vehicle has passed roadworthy but there was no wiper blade on the back window and the front windows wiper blades was worn. It took them a week to get the vehicle ‘ready’ after I had to push them to do their work. Be aware that people will tell lies just to make a sale because tomorrow you will be forgotten. I will never refer any person to CMH Nissan Sandton. You want to talk to me ask your second hand sales people, they have my details. Not happy at all.

About 2 weeks ago, I saw an ad for a used Nissan Tiida. We called and asked if they could bring the car to me in Randpark Ridge. Thabo arrived and allowed me to test drive the car as much as I wanted to. I was very happy, called my dad (In Durban, as this car was for him), and told him that I liked the car and we should go ahead with the purchase. Thabo and Jacques gave us their all!!! Paperwork, licensing, and even went as far as delivering the car to the car courrier for us! And as an awesome surprise for my dad, they fitted on 4 new tyres for us and had the aircon regassed. Super impressed with the friendly, efficient and professional manner they treated a somewhat small customer.Thank you guys, it was the best experience

Very poor service from the Parts dept, waiting a long time for the call to be answered after it was transferred from main switchboard. Call was then dropped... Called back and still no answer. I then proceeded to leave a detailed message at reception for an assistant to contact me... still waiting.

Just absolutely sad with the service from this dealership. Its a pity Google does not allow for a zero star rating. With everything weve had to deal with, Im at the point where Im willing to sell my Nissan just to flip to another brand that actually has a customer service focused business. No fault of the car or engineers. Merely service... If you own a Nissan, just go to another dealership.

Took over a week to sort a, warranty covered, leaking sump. After telling me that the paperwork I had for them was not required, they called back two days later asking for that EXACT document!! A delay tactic and poor example of service.

If you dont value your life and time, take your car to this dealership for service. Their incompetent workman completed my 30k service and failed to exchange my brakes. Had to delay my holiday by a day so I could return my car to them after picking up the error. Not sure how the safety check was done. What upsets me the most is that the manager did not even make time to come and apologize after I had spent close to 3 hours waiting at their offices waiting for them to replace them. Now that I think about it, should have charged them my hourly rate. Only thing that Im happy about is the service received from Amisha.

Im reserving judgement and comment on their workshop until they return my sons car with all the problems (which should have been sèen to BEFORE delivery) sorted satisfactorily

Great staff, its just that they only have a limited number of pre-owned vehicles to view. But the reassurance from the staff that they can always get you what you want is a great deal. However, I still say pre-owed vehicle are better applied for if you have seen it first.

Never had worst service in my life. How can it take 5 days to order a 5cm part? I have to follow up constantly and then when i do, i get the same response, the manager is in a meeting, can we ask them to call you back. Still no call and I will have to call them back, why, because they dont even ask for a number. Dont bother, just go to a different dealer.update, 6 days down the line and now (after i followed up) Nissan SA dont have the part. Useless - why didnt you tell me this on day one when you placed the order from Nissan SA???????????????

The day after my vehicles service, a low oil warning sign appeared on my dashboard. I popped the hood to find that the arm that keeps the hood open was laying loose between engine parts and the engine plastic cover was not in place. Checking the oil level, I discovered that there was not a drop of oil in the sump.Got the experts from Nissan CMH in to where I was parked, whom had arrived with a can of oil. After they had proceeded to top it up, a massive pool of oil appeared on the floor.Not knowing what the problem was, they decided to transport my vehicle back to the service centre. Their diagnosis suggest that the person that had worked on my vehicle had forgotten to tighten the oil inlet seal. My view is that they had not tighten the sump plug. Until now, I still dont know what the cause was or if my engine will deteriorate as a result of this negligence and incompetence.In return, Ive received nothing but a casual apology!Please consider using other dealerships before you place your prized possession in the hands of buffoons.#pissedoff

Absolutely terrible service. No one gets back to you and When you arrive to speak to the principal he just hands you to other people. I bought a car 2 months ago and I’m still waiting for a radio that was agreed on and I’m paying for. I’ve sent all proof of emails between salesman and myself and yet still nothing. It took them 6 weeks to register my car, so I kept having to ask them to give me new permits, so that I didn’t get fines or my car impounded. They kept telling me I needed different things certified. Why this wasn’t told me to on day one, I have no idea. DO NOT BUY from here.

I got a pre-used vehicle from CMH Nissan Sandton. After driving it for a week I noted four defects which were not so obvious:- a car battery which went flat- a cigarette lighter that does not work- a defective spare wheel- a back screen wipes without the rubberI reported this for over a month without much assistance. Its very sad how big retailers are quick to sell you a product and act done when you let them know about defects in their products.Lessons learnt: CMH Nissan Sandton has very sloppy quality control checks for their pre-used vehicles.

Go to ANY other Nissan branch for Services. Im not sure of their Sales department, but for a car service, they are disgusting. After telling me they were delayed and would have to keep my car overnight, they kept my car hostage after I paid until the payment went through. Even though they had my car for over 24 hours, they didnt think to tell me about this little detail. No apologies were offered despite multiple complaints lodged, and they kept my car for over 48 hours. On top of this, the useless woman who helped me wrote the wrong model of Nissan (not year, MODEL) in the report, and they didnt replace my water cap in my car - despite marking it as urgent. When I queried this, they said they would remedy it and ordered stock. Im still waiting for a reply months later.AVOID THIS BRANCH. Literally go anywhere else.

I purchased a bmw 420i from cmh nissan in march. Lets just say, that this experience was a nightmare. 7 months later i still dont have everything as agreed. It took two months for them to register my motorplan. 3 months for my mats and i am still waiting for my badge!!!! All they do is lie. I drove there today expecting to get my badge but again more lies. I spoke to the Manager Mike Moffet. He expected me to buy it and said they will refund...thats a joke. Then he said hel get it done after i made a fuss. I already spent more money continously calling them trying to sort all my issues out. If i dont get this badge in the next two weeks.......DISGRACEFULL SERVICE.

Worst exeperience i have ever had with a car dealership. Amisha the service consultant is a rude arogant person who lies through her teeth. I have had my car serviced there and upon picking it up i was told it was my problem i had no petrol in my car and it wouldnt start. When i dropped it off i had more than enough petrol. I made the stupid mistake of returning to them this week to have my boot examined and when i asked what the problem was i just got told to pay over R2000 to fix it. Nobody has any technical knowledge whatsoever. When i booked my car in to have it fixed i ws told that it wouod take no more than 3 hours and i would be called whenit was ready. After waiting the whole morning and half the afternoon i contacted them and was told by Amisha that she has been trying to call me but that my phone has been off. I have never heard a bigger load of rubbish in my entire life. Nissan CMH sandton you are a bunch of theives and liars. Avoid them like the plague!
