Apart from the fact that mechatronic unit costs half the value of your car, they have nice service.
I never pass here without looking through the glass window searching or trying to get a glance at the R8. The way its displayed says a lot about the shop. One gets the sense of luxury, elegance and stylishness, all in one. All the cars in the shop have all that but the R8 has even more. There is a reason that car driven by the fictional character Tony Stark aka Iron Man.

Bought A4 in Sept 2016 and prior to sale, an agreement was reached that the defects, scratches, etc would be fixed as it is a pre-owned vehicle. Car went in twice for repairs and each time work standard was poor. An agreement was reached in Oct for all work to be done at an above average standard- as was the expectation in the first place! Yet, till now 30 Nov 2016, i am still waiting for my car to be repaired- based on the agreements reached in Oct! I have actively followed up, but my e-mails, calls and texts receive no replies whatsoever. What kind of business ethics are being practised? May i add, salesperson is excellent and went out of her way to accommodate me and try and fix the situation, but i still have a car that is in a condition that it should not be, had everyone adhered to the initial agreements!

My experience getting my car services at Audi Braamfontein has been extremely disappointing. I took my new Audi A3 for its second service (20 000) and a few days later I noticed my front passenger leather seat starting to disintegrate in the centre of the seat and progressively started showing stains on the head-rest and sides of the back-rest. My first thought was to check with the garage as they clean the car after a service and though something did not agree with the leather. I began engaging with the service manager, Victor, and obviously his attitude was to fob me off and indicated that they have checked and it cannot be their fault, and I must have spilled something?? Being a women is even harder when dealing with men when it comes to cars, they think they can talk circles around you. Even the Audi Customer Service Centre were not interested in even looking into the matter. After months of frustration the Audi Dealership where I bought my car has agreed to bear the cost of repairing my seat at his cost. Shame on you Audi Braamfontein for not assisting your Brand when it really matters. I think my next car will certainly not be an Audi and if it is you have lost a customer, as there is no customer care when it really matters!!!

I was visiting the parts area. Very average as far as parts centres go. Forgettable at best. Very pricey according to me. The new cars section was like any dealership Ive ever been to. Serves its function. Sales people are ok, not in your face. An average experience.

Poor service. My preowned 2012 A3 is still under service plan and I needed a diagnosis and quotation on the aircon system and the prophetic technician claimed every thing including (compressor and pipes) needed to be replaced at a whipping cost R19000 of which they claimed it must be left with them for 3 days and when I went to Techno Car (e-car) Albert street this morning, they got it sorted out for me for R730 (regas & compressor oil top up) in less than 2 hours and the aircon works 100%.Audi does not care about its customer, in fact when they see a desperate customer they see a cash cow which they can just milk without until blood comes out thank they will keep on sucking it. They service consultants and technicians are so misleading customers.I advice all the customers to consider shopping around before committing their hardearned money on this false prophetic mechanics. There are good mechanic workshops outhere and if you are lazy, you are bound to pay for that. I am just waiting for my last service with this people and after that, they will draw my car in their workshop and get an imaginary mechanic to work on it. They so operate dodgy like undertakers. Mxmmmm

I got a pre quotation from Audi to do a diagnosis and a service of 195000 km, the service was perfomend i assume, but the service book was not stamped and the diagnosis was not done.The car was not even washed after the service. I am unhappy with the service and would not recommend other audi drivers to send their vehicles there. Not even a telephone call, just an sms that the car is in good hands but clearly it was not.
