Had an issue with me car not starting and had to get it towed into Mitsubishi. Was able to resolve my issue quickly and without any fuss. Great service and communication. The team are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible service. Its the second car my fiancé has bought there that we had problems when we had to service it. The first was our Mahindra, when we wanted to send it in for the service we wanted to book for service before we went down to Durban, my fiancé asked and they never booked it. When they finally booked it they didnt want to service it because it was already over the service kilos. 🤬 Same with our Peugeot. They told us it was the 2021 model when it was actually a 2020 model. We bought this car in January. They told him it has to get services when she reached 15000 kilos and now they made a mess of it. Horrible service. I strongly advise you to never buy a car there. 🤬

Took my Mahindra there for my 20k service on 26 February 2021 when i got my car back theu had left the bonnet not closed properly and i discovered this on a highway by 10 May my car had developed issues. Took it back there on 15 May and when I got my car back it now had a rattling sound turns out they broke my engine cover and left it as is.Word of advice run dont take your car there they will just ruin it.

Big Shout-Out to car salesman Lloyd! He is the best and customer service is his middle name. I must say though, theres no one there to help you immediately, so you kind of have to walk around until you see someone who is not avoiding your eye-contact! LolBut it did annoy me - you expect to be greeted walking into any sort of shop. But I digress. The one guy who booked my service was waaaaay too formal; I get that you are at work but my goodness, a smile wouldnt hurt you neither would speaking a bit louder.But, apart from that, all good. Great car selection, a few happy staff, perfect location, great car deals!

Yes its ok quick service but very expensive to buy parts here, a part of R3,258.00 I find it somewhere else with R2,300,00 same part you can a difference by yourself.
