Very bad experience. The print they produced was pixelated. Then they volunteered to print it again on a different machine and different paper. This time print came out with dirt marks all over the photo. No apology. In fact they charged me for the two versions, non of them usable and of two different sizes! Never again.

If you’re expecting a professionally done studio- quality passport photo skip this place. Dingy setup at the reception as other customers watch. Harsh overhead store lights, a tiny 2009 Kodak camera, and editing using Adobe 2003. Ridiculous. The staff taking the photos try their best and are polite but they are not photographers. It’s a rip off. You’re better off using your phone if you have a decent passport photo app.

Bad communication. Slow. Dirty. Most machines dont work or dont read a usb. Unless you are desperate or in a hurry, go somewhere else. Dont give these guys your money.

The staff were very helpful and definitely went the extra mile cutting my photos to size for me at my request.

Specified the size of the photo I wanted multiple times. In the end I received the wrong size.

Before my father visited the shop, I called to confirm that Benmore Kodak was able to take a photo that meets the standards for a UK passport. I was promised that they were able to take such a photo. After having visited twice, the photo is still not of the correct standard. For an international franchise it is very disappointing that the staff in the store are not adequately trained.

The staff here are the absolute worst, extremely rude and unwilling to assist. I arrived at the store a full 35 minutes before their closing time and was informed that they were not able to print as the machine was being cleaned. You literally print photos as your main business activity and are incapable of doing so.I am glad however that you turned me away as the people at Postnet upstairs were phenomenal and printed my photos without any hesitation for much less. 10/10 would recommend Postnet!!!

Wont recommend anyone to try and print photos there. CNA just down the isle will deliver much better service. Waiter 30min in the shop for 6 photos, whereafter they told me the machine bombed. They said they will deliver the photos to me when its ready. i had to phone them after 3 hours after hearing nothing from them, just to find out that the lady is on lunch at 03:30 the afternoon???? had to ask for a refund as i still couldnt get photos out of them. Poor service and feedback on their behalf.
