I had a horrible experience at this store. We waited 20 minutes for the card machine to work after specifically asking on call whether we can swipe when we get there and it ended up not working still. The cashier and store assistant were amazing and being helpful, Delton on the other hand, didn’t even want to hear other payment methods but instead entertained this other couple which seemed to not be buying anything urgently. We left without purchasing anything.

A warm welcome everytime I go to the store by all. Excellent service, helpful, friendly. Dalton and Callan always go the extra mile to assist which is so rare these days. Highly knowledgeable, they are both a great asset.Looking forward to my next visit.

One of my good friends recommended going to Broadcast Lighting to look for new photography gear.I decided to go and was greeted with help and smiles.In the beginning I was a bit uncertain as to whether I was actually at the right place as they are located within a business park of sorts, but one which is very quiet - or at least it was when I visited.The actual branch of Broadcast Lighting was super quiet too, but the staff assured me it sometimes gets very busy and I just chose a good time to visit.If youre in the film or photo industry and looking to purchase or rent gear, I highly recommend these guys.Knowledgeable staff, neat store, all sorts of cool gear - ooh!As with their name the store stocks mainly lighting equipment for film and photography. However, you are able to source other gear through them such as camera bodies and lenses.Ill definitely be making this my Go-To each time Id like to spot some new lighting or upgrade mine.Highly recommended.
