I needed to get ID/Passport photos taken. Phoned directly from Google Maps and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who gave me good information regarding the photos I needed. When I arrived he was helpful, efficient and made the whole experience fun. I left with some great ID/Passport photos. Next the department of home affairs. Lets hope that experience is just as good?

Incredibly poor service.I had framing of paintings done, it took 2 weeks longer than the original time indicated.The frames are okay, but smudge marks and hand prints needed to be cleaned off.They always say they will get back to you and never do. The agreement was that the paintings and frames would be delivered. I was not made aware that the work had been completed - and when I went to the shop to complain they also told me that I would need to have them collected.

The store has friendly staff and a very wide selection of options.

Empty promises Poor service

A really friendly set of staff helped me quickly with taking my new drivers license photos. They were ready in 10 minutes. Paid a good price, and was on my way.

I did my baby first year birthday album there. They do have specials too. They have lovely staff too. You can scan your documents and get them sent to your email.

Super friendly staff, efficient service

I went in store this morning and asked for an ID photo to be taken and e-mailed to me urgently. They were busy on the PC and committed to mail the pic. After driving back home I have been waiting for over an hour. I called them. The assistant said he would check the mailbox. He put the receiver down and forgot about me. After more than 5 minutes on hold I hung up. Half an hour later the phone is still off the hook. I now have to drive back to the shop for my photo. Dreadful service.

Not impressed. Went to print 3 pictures, firstly the lady who helped me didnt even greet or ask me anything, she just took my memory stick and put it in the machine. Then I proceeded to pay, none of my details were taken down, just the ladys name who helped me.I was then told that my pictures would be ready in half an hour. I went and did shopping for an hour and came back, apparently my photos had been lost and they had to redo the process.No one apologized and I had to wait a further 20 minutes for my pictures.I would have been less angry if the staff members didnt have such an attitude and apologised for everything.I came to this shop because it was recommended to me that it was an easy and quick process - well that wasnt the case for me.

Printed 2x pictures on A1 canvas. Excellent workmanship and was completed by promised date.

Staff isnt very warm or friendly when you first arrive... Theyre effecient enough
