Went to get passport photos taken. Very professional and quick. Most service providers just plunk you down in front of a white section of a wall, aim, and shoot. Not this store. They guide you into a photoshoot studio with proper lighting. In and out within 10min with quality photos. Highly recommended. By far the best passport photo session I have had

Managed to get my ID photos taken and the staff is cool calm and collected. They are efficient and lastly my little ones got lollipops 🍭 for waiting patiently for me 😉Everyone who came in while I was there left satisfied and happy. Keep up the good service.

Fast, friendly and efficient. The store also offers graphic design services at very reasonable rates, to edit photos and make collages. Photos make a wonderful gift and this is the perfect 1-stop shop.

I got photos taken at Kodak Digital Center, Douglasdale on Tuesday 18th May 2021. I got mugged on the same day and my photos were in my wallet. When I went back on Friday 21st to get more photos taken, they remembered me and asked why I was back and did I pass my license. I advised them I was mugged. They only charged me half price for the new photos. This is what community spirit is about. I will be loyal to Kodak Digital Centre for many years to come.

Stand in a queue for 25 minutes only to be told that they no longer provide the service I was there for due to having to outsource the work needing doing and the poor quality received. PUT UP A SIGN.

I went to make photocopies and get passport photos. Staff was friendly. The photo studio is very professional, I think they also use it to do photoshoots. The passport photos looked very crisp. It was also quite affordable. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Got there I was asked what I needed done, I replied temporary ID PHOTOS no problem, he called the photographer took me to the photo studio sat on a stool there’s a mirror you can look at behind him and he uses a professional camera and done. Waited 7 minutes paid and left happy customer...💜

Found the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. I used to go there in the past and always had great service, but these last two times I have been I have had very bad service. Not sure if there are new owners or new staff, but they didnt even seem like they knew what to do. Very disappointing and unacceptable in times like these.

So impressed by the studio, photo quality, attention to detail and the friendly staff. I went to two different photography shops to get my American passport photos done before I found Kodak Douglasdale. Make them your first stop everytime. The photographer is experienced and ensures the photo gets the green light from the American embassy. Expect no shadows, a white well lit studio, great camera work, with a lovely state-of-the-art camera and no blurry moments. Highly recommended by yours truly. Plus they also email you the pictures so you have the images for your digital records.

Unacceptably poor service from the owners wife when I am expected to know their processes. I tried to explain to her that if their staff could just explain the process to which she said I should know! Sad because the owner always makes our business feel welcome.

I went to this Kodak branch to get some id photos , firstly the guys are always busy and does not particularly care about customer service, simple things like acknowledging customers and greeting. Secondly the guy that was helping me got a call and completely forgot about me, I had to ask another assistant to finish up.

We had really excellent service from the one shop assistant. When we returned to pick up the print, we approach the other shop assistant. She didnt even look at us or greet us but looked passed us. We greeted and asked for our print. She ignored us flat. It was straight out bizarre and weird. She asked the other shop assistant where the shop assistant who helped us was. She eventually picked up the print. Took our bank card. All without saying a word or letting us know an amount. It was the strangest interaction! Laughed it off and wont go back.

I went to Kodak digital centre to get some passport photos for my Australian passport. I went to the Embassy in Pretoria but when they looked at the passport photos with a magnifier glass (which they do every time) they said the resolution quality was too poor and it would be rejected. I had to go to to the Postnet nearby to get new photos done which were fine.I would not think a Kodak shop would have an issue with resolution quality.
