I have never seen so many cars under 1 roof!! 😍😍😍 This place is so awesome, you are greeted by the Ford Mustangs just as you enter the showroom 💃💃. There are a lot of cars from luxury cars to your day-to-day cars and vintage as well. I find the prices to be reasonable for the cars that I am interested in. Finance is available for certain cars and there are offices for the different banking institutes. I am impressed 100%.

Love this place, massive warehouse filled with every type of cars and bikes, bought my Suzuki SV 400 from them for R22,000, the thing goes like a bat out of hell, only needed a small service, and a couple of globes here and there, the bikes true value exceeds R30k, so it was a huge score for me, keep up the good work.

Incredibly impressive experience. The whole place is impressive. The systems are impressive. It makes all other second hand dealers look like amateurs. We waited a long time to get a salesman. But Scott was a wonderful experience, and Kingsley was a wonderful experience. Both had energy and were very friendly. Only criticism was at all times they were dealing with 5 or more people at the same time. So most of their service was just apologizing for making us wait and keeping asking us to bear with them while they dealt with a whole bunch of other customers. But they were so nice you kind of dont mind and you also logically understand as the whole place is so successful and busy. An area they can definitely improve on is the after sales process. They tell you not to worry you can come and fetch plates in 21 days etc, but dont supply you with a temporary license. Within days of driving out of their warehouse we had already received our first fine.

The salespeople know their job, they are always there to assist but also can give you space if you are still deciding or just looking. Cars are pretty reasonably priced too. There are some real bargains there.

We went there as cash buyers and after finding the vehicles we were interested in , we tried to talk to the sales guys to assist us so we can get to view and start the vehicles but for some reason they told us that we can view on their iPad rather . We then asked another sales person to help us of which at first he though that we were wasting his time till we mentioned that we wanted to buy the car cash not through finance . We made a down payment and we went back the following day and we waited for like 3 hours to get help and after doing so we,the service delivery was bad , it was like we were inconveniencing the sales guy . We were asked to meet him outside to collect our car . In all , the experience was bad even though we are happy with the car we got . Please teach your staff not to treat customers according to how they are dressed or look .

A very poor expirience for me and my wife, we are originally from Durban so a car the wife loved a Volvo s60 2011 model, and we got the speaking via whatsapp with a gentleman of the name Jean who was very cold the entire deal, felt like the car is being donated to me and I must wait or take whatever it is being dished, eventually due to this was introduced to another gentleman, Brendon so eventually after a error of having the vehicle under personal name though twas purchased under the Company Acc. The date is the 16th of October 2021 and am standing in thier warehouse thinking I have lost money in this whole deal as I had to book flights from durban to Jhb and from Jhb back to durban this to me is incompetence to a high level as I did my due diligence, I asked Brandon for a quote of which he did but he left my vehicle paid for and everything just because he was waiting a call from me to the workshop that was Thursday but we had had it that sataurday is collection day, the car is in the workshop no empathy to this whole regard is not shown very concerning behavior as this is a fault on the sales person in question but I learn my lesson with we buy cars.We later on got to speak with the sales manager Tim who steered us all as we were emotional a bit understanderbly so, but we eventually walked out proud owners of a well kept A170 Merc the wife is happy and so am I for her, I would also like to add the food at the we buy cars Cafe is off the hinges, and affordable too. ♥️♥️💯🙏🏾

If you are looking for any car you will find it here. The factory is filled to capacity which allows for a wide range of vehicles to view. In essence they push volumes on low profit margins hence the pricing is not negotiable and all the cars are sold voetstoets. Our salesman Donald was extremely helpful and explained the process very well to us. The huge array of vehicles is overwhelming however if you structured in looking for something specific it will help. Its also good to check their website in terms of the vehicles they have to save you sometime during this time tedious decision process. Overall an excellent experience! 👌

I am not very happy with We Buy Cars I went to the dealership for like 3 times now...and I am not happy . I needed to buy a certain vehicle and only to find out that the vehicle has already been purchased by another client.Some of the vehicles at this dealership are not labelled purchased already....and as a client interested in the same vehicle already purchased and not labelled you get disappointed when being told the car is purchased already....in that case I am not happy with the service there. This company needs to work on their responsibility...of ensuring the clients of vehicles purchased already.
