Hello Peter.I visited EBK Dealership a few weeks ago and was assisted by Thabo. This gentleman is indeed gentle. He remained so calm even when my temper flared, something unusual about Sales Rep once the deal is clinched.Thabo has patience and forever kind. The guy will sell you a million cars, all you need do is to keep him in marketing. He has amazung skills.

Lovely was treated with respect and big up to sales man Billy. Very transparent i happy with car i bought.

Do not try to even make an enquiry their vehicles are way bad

There cars mostly cheap but a lot of faults with them and can see clocks has been turned back, also can see they where in accidents

BAD BAD EBK DEALERSHIP, SERVICE SOUTH AFRICA....YOU BUY THEIR ADVERTISED CAR AND THEY DONT DISCLOSE THAT IT HAS PROBLEMS. WHEN YOU EXPECT THE DEAL TO BE CLOSED, THEY TEL YOU THEN THAT THE VEHICLE IS AT THE MECHANIC AND THEY ARE AWAITING PARTS....ITS SO FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH EBK DEALERSHIP. THEY DONT CALL YOU YET YOU AS A CUSTOMER, YOU MUST RUN AFTER THEM. ITS NOW 3 WEEKS WAITING FOR MY CAR THAT I NOW DOUBT IF IT WILL BE READY FOR THE ROAD.

Nightmare. My husband bought a car for 40k and it didnt reach home that same day. He has spent more than 45k to try and fix it. He could have found a good car with that money. I can never encourage anyone to go there. They are crooks.

I bought a car from them without seeing it as I am far away from them I liked the vehicle from the photos that I saw and with one phone call I got all th help and patience in the world to assist me with all my queries. The sales person very friendly and helpful. My car was transported to me and when I saw my car for the first time it was better than what I expected. EXCELLENT SERVICE

I wouldnt buy a car ever from EBK motors again.!!Struggling to get cars pappers out of them..they ignore my calls.....it took them 4 weeks to get papers for the car..its not acceptable!! How can u do business like that?

Actually they deserve no stars. Purchased a Jeep Compass from them on the 12th of September. Paid cash, for the vehicle which they confirmed over and over was in an immaculate condition with a full service history (it broke that same day). My issues are as follows;* Car was advertised as a 2009 model online and on the add on the car, after buying my 2009 I received the registration papers and noticed it was a 2008. Oops was all I got* My invoice states I received spare keys yet they claim there is no spare keys and that they do not guarantee a vehicle will have spare keys.* Paid cash, got in the car and the petrol light was on (they do not give any fuel)* Left the dealer just before 10am on 12/09/17 filled the car up at the nearest garage and drove exactly 142km before the vehicle broke down just after 11am on the same day that I purchased the car. Phoned them immediately and was told not their problem.* Quotation to fix the car is R 24,000 even though they were informed the moment the clutch broke they refuse to comply to the consumer act which states I have 7 days to return the vehicle if i am not happy and there is a 6 month period in which they should fix, refund or replace the vehicle if something breaks that they did not disclose.*They avoid your phone calls and when you do get hold of them they are rude and arrogant. It has been 3 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and it broke and I am still fighting to get it resolved. STAY AWAY FROM EBK!!!!

I had a really hard time dealing with the sales people. They dont return phone calls, dont keep with arrangements and throughout my dealings with them, they where more interested on the new phone call or the next guy walking on to the lot. Sold the car we wanted to buy right in the middle of our offer to purchase the same vehicle. In my opinion, they lost a customer for life!

Pathetic service from a sales person named Mohammed. Called in to find out if a vehicle is available all was confirmed that the vehicle is available I asked for it to be booked for me as I was going in to purchase it and that too was confirmed. Get there and im told the vehicle is sold someone already made payment and there was nothing that could be done. Irfaan the owner refused for me to get the vehicle even though I was told the vehicle is booked for me. Called to enquire about the car, talked to Andre for a minute and lost the line. I called back, he didnt answer, and he never tried phoning back. Droved 200km to view the car, Mercedes, got there, Andre, same guy, the salesman told me the manager is out with it, asked me to wait for an hour for him to come. Waited an hour and a half and he never came, so I went elsewhere. Very unproffesional. Their loss, had 120k cash to buy the car.

Realy bad service from the Boksburg branch, awaiting now 3 weeks for my registration papers, but my cash was good, useless bunch of people, when I said I smell a rat, the sales person that sell me the vehicle was not reachable anymore Mohammed from Boksburg Branch.

Bought a car from these people three weeks later the car stopped functioning. I have had no co - operation from them to resolving the issue instead they are playing games with me telling me they do not have my car in there possession meanwhile i am well aware that it was delivered to them i am very disappointed in they services and the quality of cars that they sell.

Enquired about a car on site, lefty number next thing some loan consultant asked me if Id be interested to take a personal loan to buy the car???
