Waited more than ten minutes at the door as the host and waitrons went about their business with no acknowledgement of our existence. We finally managed to flag down a waitress, who proceeded to tell us that there were no tables available, despite there actually being tables available. She then finished with the table she was with and seated us with no greeting or smile or introduction, and then left us sitting for another 15 minutes. We had to eventually flag down another waiter (Thando), who was very helpful and who ended up taking our order. If it werent for his assistance, we would have woke up and left.All round a very bad experience. There is a clear lack of management, or proper training at this restaurant, and we will definitely not be visiting again.

The food is amazing however when you offer the waiter a R10 tip they reject it they expect big tips i dont tip anymore and some of the waiters would have a attude they would have this annoyed look to be honest it kinda puts me off going there and I ues to go a lot

Sercie piss poor! Waited 15 min to be seated,waiters walked pass us ignoring even us being there, waiter eventually attened to us barely greeting, got seated then waited another 15 min , we got up and walked out. Person at paypoint not even trying to enquire as to why we were leaving, on top of all this they were not even busy. Will never go back!!!

Friendly staff and good hygiene is maintained, there are some pretty nice vegetarian options however its really not the first choice for a meal but the food is reasonably priced and tastes good so no complaints just tend to choose elsewhere to eat.

Awesome service! Luthando (you know the service was good when you still remember your waiters name a week after eating at a place, keep it up man!) was more than welcoming, the food was great, and the kids had a great time in the play area!

While the food was really good, the service was not great. They make no substitutes on meals (wouldnt even ask kitchen) our table was never cleaned, had to ask for take out 3 times. Basics are quite pricey but delicious non the less,l.

Very well done chuma, even as the other staff was not prepared to assist me because apparently it was to close to their closing time (5pm) and I was there at 16h46 (although their web site says 9pm and we drove out to Baywest) this guy saw I was dissipointed, came out to me and assisted me. I commend you Chuma , this is a true passion for customer excellence!!! Again, very well done😁

Waited for over an hour for my oder and was also the wrong pizza. Bad not the first time it happened with me and my family.

They currently have a chicken special. We love the chicken and mushroom pasta and chicken pizzas.

Pizza was excellent and service was brilliant

I was there on Saturday the 9th, ordered the prawn and charizo pasta. Im never one to complain and didnt want to make a fuss then but the fact that I still think about it just shows my disappointment. Some of my prawns and charizo was half burned and rubbery ofcoz and left a burned aftertaste in my sauce. Ive always enjoyed going there and its my daughters favorite restaurant but the experience this time around really left a damper.

It is okay-ish food, but Walmer park has the wood fired pizza and that wood burning smell in the restaurant, that why I choose Walmer park Baywest Panarottis. Coffee is extremely strong, which is awesome thank you Panarottis

You would think that they would plan ahead for the December holidays but no such luck... The service was non existent and they were extremely short staffed. The managers are also not very bothered about their customers. That being said, the food was really good.

Great pizza friendly service and COVID regulations kept in place well. Chidren enjoued play place.

Spotted hair in my Chicken schnitzel. Reported the incident and the manager apologized. He said I can choose anything on the menu and ended up paying for my large pizza which was (+-R180). Out of 5 I would give it a 0. I will never go back to them.

Panarottis is located next to the games centre. The kids play area is a jungle gym so kids enjoy it. The children also enjoy the fact that they can build their own pizza. Panarottis breakfast pizza is nice and filling. Good value for money. On a Thursday they have buffet pizza where they bring you different flavor pizza piece every time. This way you get to taste all the flavours for nearly the price of a normal one. Try the dessert pizza as a last piece.

Food always very enjoyable

Its a standard Panarottis with fast enough service. The restaurant seems clean and the staff were always quick to assist. Pizza in true Panarottis style are too small for the price so consider sharing one of their monster pizzas, it is better value for money.

Great pizza......with lockdown, its a wait and a bit understaffed.

I have been to this specific restaurant a few times and always received good service and great food even when at full capacity. Will certainly visit again. Only exception is on Thursdays when its pizza special, unless off-course its your thing to wait forever for seating and food.

We enjoy eating at this Panarottis. It has a great kiddies play area and is close to many shops and other shops and places with kids activities inside of the mall, like the game centre, the ice rink and the cinemas. It has fantastic food and great service.

This has to be the worst restaurant I have been in. The service is pathetic, the quality of food is appalling. The only decent thing was when the staff came to sing happy birthday to my grandaughter. Will never set foot in this place again and I suggest nobody else does.

Service was good, but the food was burnt(starters).

Was there with a relatively large group for a Birthday. Service was not what it should have been. We were neglected until I asked the manager who was on her cell to please hurry things along as we had a secondary engagement. The only thing that made me leave with a smile was when the staff brought the cake out while singing happy birthday. It was beautiful. Would really like to visit this store again, but the service needs to be addressed.

It was really enjoyable going to Panarottis again after a long time. Food was good. There was a play area for my son and it was supervised aswell, which was good.

Very very nice restaurant n friend staff. Who makes the environment to be favourable...

We went and waited almost an hour for our food. During that night the waiters dropped food / plates twice. Our waitress also left and went off shift so we had trouble finding someone to serve us a second round of beverages. Not a great experience. We were a bit dissapointed with service. Food was fine.

Most terrible service and treatment by far. Wait about 30 minutes to be served. Order drinks and pizza at same time and after more than 1 hour decided this was it and left the restaurant. Went straight to San Fernandos and got real 5 star customer treatment.

Worst service ever. First time in my life that I got up and walked out. Waited over an hour for our food with none in sight. Waited like half an hour just to be served! Your loss and never will you see me again.

Their food is fantastic. The only issue is that the wait is always extremely long. Ive never met a rude waiter who works at Panarottis! Always amazing and kind service.

Great food but dont be in a rush

Phoned in today, to order 2 large pizzas. Same as we did about two weeks ago. The Call and Collect promotion. Your reception lady had no idea what that was and she would find out and call back. We left a name and number she called back and said sorry 2 large pizzas are standard price! Not the Call and collect promo price we refered to. She has no idea what it is! I then asked if she can put the manager on the phone and apparently no manager was available in store? No wonder! So i canceled the order, and now i will take my money somewhere else. Your staff is incompetent! I am so disappointed, and from now on I will not buy or eat here again! You just lost me and my familys orders due to incompetent staff!

Service was a tad slow, Thursday morning, place was empty. Son enjoyed playing in the gaming area with the friendly staff. food was good.

The food is absolutely fantastic. I love eating here but everytime I go, we always stand and wait long at the door to get seated, its frustrating because the people at the counter will just ignore you and go on with whatever they doing. There seems to be no sense of urgency. When we eventually get seated the waiter takes forever to come. I think this restaurant is highly understaffed because its always busy and its so big because it seats so many people.

Its a no from me. So not worth the price spent. Go to San Fernandos instead. Im not affiliated with it at all. Just know its MUCH better

We had good service at this resturaunt they just need to stock up on their resources as honey. I say this because not every client drinks uger in their tea and they should consider this. This could come across as very unprofessional to clients that inquire about this.The waiter however, was very friendly and helpful. She checked up on us a lot, I liked that about her. I would reccommend the pizza breakfast they offer with the three extra toppings in the side such as chillis and garlic. Its really a good meal thats not over priced. There is a gluten free option with regards to the base. This was really a good surprise.
