The drive thru service was great. Staff is very patient and kind. Food is delicious.

I have been there uncountable number of times. Good place. But they have to do more in helping with the menu on drive through_ we do not all know the names of the menu. Many times I went there and asked for the Combo which I saw them selling: burger, chips and coke for R49... I was complicated big time and I end up buying what I didnt want. Then after many time I came to know is called BIG MAC_ this how I helped myself.

I was impressed with this McDonalds. The staff is really friendly and helpfulTheyre also very diligent with their disinfecting practices, which I have not seen too much during this pandemic. I would recommend.

The only reason why I can’t give this franchise a 5 star is simply because I once went there and found out three didn’t serve any Mc Cafe products but honestly speaking I’ve never had any negative experiences with this franchise. Wonderful fast services and the one McDonald’s I’ve been to multiple times that always has ice cream😛 Fresh and well prepared food exactly as advertised

Honestly, I used to have high standards for McDonalds, used to always love their food.However, after todays incident, rest assured, I will never go back!My cousin and I recently downloaded the McDonalds app on which you also get a lot of deals, such as a full meal for a lesser price, which you need to scan to redeem at a McDonalds till.Seeing as it was our first time downloading the app, we received, and I quote a Newbie deal where you could redeem one Big Mac for R15.So we went to McDonalds in Lambton and scanned, however we were told that the system doesnt recognize our scan and were told that it has been doing this since the lockdown.Which is odd because, wouldnt McDonalds have removed the deal from the app if it gave problems? Needless to say, not only do my cousin and I have the deal, but my boyfriend, my dad and my uncle as well.As we were there we kept re-scanning and the system kept saying it wasnt recognizing the deal and so my mom told the lady at the till that it is unfair, because it was specifically on the app, and so we requested the manager, and no luck there, we asked her to call the head office of McDonalds and the manager said that they were going to phone their ITs, because apparently it was an IT problem.So, we decided to wait for them to call and the lady who claimed that she was going to call only ignored the situation and continued with other orders.As we were waiting for about 20-30 minutes the employees kept checking from the back to see if we had left already and finally the manager asked us to check back on the app, luckily my mom took photos of mine and my cousins codes, and the lady asked us to go back onto the deal, however that wasnt possible because it expires 1-2 minutes after you redeem it.So, we remembered that we took pictures and tried to scan, and the scanner recognized it but still wouldnt work.After that my mother was furious and scanned another deal and we stormed out of McDonalds after that.This happened about 12:00 or just before 13:00. McDonalds Lambton, Im honestly dissapointed in you! 😤

The standard menu is on offer. Service was very good and helpful staff assisted us. The food was freshly prepared so we had a bit of a wait but not too long and it was worth it.

I dont know if its my timing or what? But most of the time when I buy there, there must be something not working. If its not fries stove, theres a problem with drive thru ordering speakers. If not that there is something that they dont have in the Menu meaning your meal wont be complete and they dont offer something else inplace of what thy dont have.Most frustrating place to buy from...

Their drains were blocked and it smelled so bad goin through the drive thru. They were unblocking the drain into the parking lot. Where we wanted to sit.But I love their cheeseburger and fries.

You can have you food in peace and the staff is very helpful

They have a hard spot right near an industrial area that bombs it at lunch time and they hold their ground and do their best. Got there at different times so seen then on stress and not. Cool . Just not sure how its there at night

If you need your food as quick as possible, this is a place to go.

I really like this place, even when you go to the self serve machine. The clerks make sure your order is correct and they make sure youve been helped. Also you wont ever have any problems claiming your rewards from your app as well. Super chilled vibes. And best of all their ice cream machine always works. The rethoric of the machine not working doesnt apply here.

Theres some long que on the drive thru but its moving though.

After waiting for 10 minutes to pay for my order at an empty till point and paying R133 for 2 meals we get small burgers for a happy meal with no taste.Horrible service, very disappointed.

The chips were so soggy and soft no salt on the chips it tasted like they took the last chips scraped it together and threw it in the boxThe nuggets was not fresh as well stil frozen on the inside i will never go back there againSome of the fries were even green

Poor service. But what can you expect. Most takeout drive thru services have started declining the last few years..... Just wish we had the same drive as employees used to back in the day.

Sooooo. These guys seem to out of their way to screw customers. Twice in a row i paid for double cheeseburger meals and low and behold, on the way i open a normal single cheeseburger. Once yes ok, innocent mistake. Twice? Nope. Make sure you check your slips and meals before moving an inch from the drive through.

Require better customer service

They didnt have an ice cream at 20:15 pm. They told us that the ice cream machine shuts down after 8pm. Thats so lame 😒

Why do you always get my orders wrong though? Today is not only wrong but incomplete. So disappointed with the service.

It was approximately 6:30am on the morning when myself and a few friends decided to make a stop to this store. We all placed through our orders only to be told at the collection point that we must park aside and they will bring through our order to the car (there was nobody in the drive through before nor behind us, nobody inside the store placing an order either, meaning we were the only ones who had ordered). Why did we have to go and park off and WAIT for our order? I can understand that if theres MANY cars and its extremely busy that we must wait aside, by all means, but we were the only people there.Anyway, we ended up waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes longer after parking before I had to go inside to enquire about my order. The guys were almost done with my order. I waited a few more minutes and walked out with my order.Burgers and chips were fresh but the hot chocolate that we ordered, could I even call it hot chocolate? This to me tasted like muddy water, almost as if there is little or no milk in it, it literally tasted like muddy water!Really not impressed with my experience at this branch, certainly would not be visiting here again, as I know nothing would be done about this.Guys be careful 👍
