I always get excellent service from this Postnet and will highly recommend it. Cindy and the team is doing a great job. Always efficient in assisting and processing of the tasks at hand.

Okay nevermind. Was just oneday looks like the young lady doesnt have any manners at all. Will not be helping the the reef anymore.

I suggest to anyone who wants to come here... to run in the opposite direction. R7 to send an email to their address, I have never heard anything more bizarre in my life. You may think it will cost you less than R5 to print a single page instead you will be charged close to R10. If you want to scan a document you will be charged per page. My advice rather drive a bit further and go to Postnet Lambton.

Sadly to do a review u have to give a star as I would like to see they have no stars. Went there today to get things printed and asked if they charge to receive emails. Was told its R7. If they could justify that price then it would have been fine. But we were told it costs then data and this is how she runs her business. Trying to tell her that owning an online store costs more and we get many emails....we were cut off and told thats how we run things not her. Very rude to people who have been supporting them since they opened. Dont bother spending money there.... U will only get rude comments from the owner.

The young lady (Cindy) is very rude to customers and her colleagues. Ive been taking my companys printing there a few times . Atleast the guys working there is helpful and efficient and know how to handel a situation ups to them.The service is good but I cant stand rude people and being rude over nothing. I feel sorry for them working with a rude colleague. But non the less the service is really worty of a 5 star. But please work on the attitude. Its nice going there its quick and Efficient. Keep up the good work team. Changed my Rating from a 1 to 3. If the next few times I do my printing there and see Cindy isnt rude Ill definitely change my Rating to a 5 star cause they really deserve it.
