1 start is being generous.I’ve been going to the place for the longest time and to be honest it was out of convenience more than anything. Closest one to where I live, But today was a shining example of service so terrible you should now and forever choose to support literally any other postnet google puts on the map except the Eastgate one.When the person that was supposed to help me asked me the smallest detail about the job and didn’t even let me finish talking, I got this, “Naaaaah can’t do that! Like I asked him to do the job for free.The service from this postnet has always been terrible to say this least but today was the last day I could tolerate it.I’m not your friend that you can talk to like that and cut off. If you let me finish I would have been open to an alternative but I couldn’t excuse some disgruntled employee telling me how it is before I’ve had a chance to explain what I wanted. I’m a customer, smallest change in your language would have made the difference.Seems he already made up his mind to not help me before I even started talking to him.Once he cut me off I put up my hands up and left without saying a word because way bother! I’d just get interrupted again.Please! If you need help and someone that would actually listen to you and find a solution to you needs whatever the requirements, Please don’t go to Eastgate postnet rather go to Bedfordview postnet!The staff are skilled knowledgeable, friendly and above all patient! They will help you to the best of their abilities and you’d be better off choosing them.

Location is not easy to find. One would assume it inside the Eastgate shopping center. Once you arrive at the building follow the steps unless you want to wait. There are three operators in this Postnet at any given time. However there is only one lady who can assist you. She will also be in charge of the printing and binding of documents. So best thing is to not be in a rush otherwise you will be in for an excruciating wait.

Excellent service. They really try to get all the work done not only well but really fast too. I had several printing work that was given too little notice for but they managed to get it out to me and good at that too. I would always go back.

1st - they are not in Eastgate.2nd - they are hidden down a maze of corridors when you do find their building.3rd - they are not very pleasant or efficient.Worst Postnet Ive been to.

Slow, had us unattended with que pilling while staff work past us repeatedly, none wanted to service customers. Though the place architecturally appealing.

Dont waste your time here, rather go to Postnet Bedford Center.At Postnet Eastgate, I found the staff unhelpful and rude. I just wanted to post a few letters overseas using their courier service, got a snide reply, why dont you go to the post office? I left this branch and went to Postnet Bedford Center 5 minutes away, was helped instantly and for a fraction of the price. Postnet Eastgate quoted me R2350 for this, paid R170 at Postnet Bedford Center.Also not in Eastgate shopping center - a difficult location to get into and even harder to get out of in traffic.
